Awesome experience

Awesome experience, we have had the relay for 4 months now with no problems and we use it nearly everyday. Andy is really helpful and knowledgable and always a joy to talk to.

It is said Good customer service means…

It is said Good customer service means meeting your customers needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way.Great customer service starts at the moment people walk through your doors.
This was definitely the case at Hotspring South West and Wales showrooms at Dobbies Garden Centre Swansea.
The Salesperson Allen made an amazing first impression by coming up first with a solid and tailored greeting.
He took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different type and sizes they had in their range.
Following on the friendliness and efficiency of this company at the showrooms extended to the service department at Bristol who service team showed they are committed to offering customers support when its needed most …..ensuring your purchase is installed to the highest standard and importantly left the customer with the confidence and reassurance you will always receive the very best attention and aftersales service, every step of the way.
The whole process from buying to installation was scrutinised to the last detail to ensure that you’re absolutely delighted with your new Hot Tub without a hitch because sometimes even the smallest details can make a big difference.
The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish, everybody who sees the hot tub admires it. The workmen were the best we’ve ever had in the house, they worked quietly and considerately.
In conclusion…..A very willing Company good product with no hard pressure sales.

Mitch and the Hotspring Relay

Well I was debating for a long time to get one. Now it's fitted and up and running I can't believe it was even a debate. From the initial showroom visit to the delivery date and installation Mitch kept us fully informed.
Installation was done in a very efficient and un interrupted fashion we didn't even know they were working in the garden. We have used the Hotspring Relay every night and loving every minute of it.
Looking forward to many years of pure bliss relaxing whilst letting all my aches and pains float away.
Thanks Mitch you made all this really easy and straight forward even down to choosing the right Hot tub for us.

Ben was a very helpful young man who made us laugh and never felt pressurised when purchasing our hot tub would recommend anybody to purchase off him as we are chuffed to bits after spending this money we have to go without fish and chips for rest of the week

Went in for a net for my tub

Went in for a net for my tub. I couldn't remember what I wanted and was doing a Harry Potter wand movement and he was able to guess what I needed with out laughing at the strange person who was waving her arm in the shop
Definitely come back when need other bits
