Popped in to to get some chemicals and advise. Great service from Tracey gave lots of advise to help us move forward with the upkeep of our hot tub.

Been down to the new site at Dobbies & it was nice to get good service as always from Tracey & the team

Friendly operative attended our property, was clean, tidy and took pride in the work being carried out. Standard of workmanship was excellent, left the hot tub in great condition and ensured water levels were filled and chemical balance correct.

We got Shaun back for Spa service. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. He listened to my queries and addressed those issues. We need a replacement jet which he is looking into. Left in good time - clean and a well serviced Spa. Very satisfied with his attitude, communications and work. Would be very pleased to have him back . He completed the service quite promptly .

Sean carried out my first annual service. He did a great job, changed my filters and water, and cleaned the pipes and whole system. Left my hot tub sparkling like new and really helpfully answered all my questions. Will definitely be using again next year.

Had been struggling with an intermittent fault on my hot tub for a while. Sean looked at the situation (including getting his arm wet down the filter hole) and was able to work out the most likely problem. He advised me of the price of the repair before starting any repairs.

Brandon visit us on 24th. He was very polite, left the area clean and tidy. Did a great job.

Sean Law visited yesterday to carry out a service & find a leak that I had noticed & reported. He ran through what he had done and was thorough, helpful and polite and left the area where he was working clean. Customer service is very good & I appreciated the call from Tracy this morning checking that all went well.

Vinny Toby visited us yesterday to carry out an annual service. I was working from home and on calls a lot of the time but when I was able to catch up with Vinny, he took time to answer my questions regarding cleaning and chemical upkeep. He ran through what he had done and also explained the changeover from Hydropool to The Hot Tub and Swim Spa Co. He was thorough, helpful and polite. Thank you. The follow up call from Tracey this morning was also very welcome. Lovely customer service all round.

Brandon came last Friday and carried out the quarterly service to our hot tub. Brandon did a brilliant job draining, cleaning the tub and filters and refilling it. Brandon left our hot tub room in a clean and tidy condition and was very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend the Hot Tub and Seim Spa company to anyone considering buying a hot tub or the service package. As always great communication from Tracey and the team.

My service was carried out by Brandon who arrived on time and started immediately, he did a thorough job on the service itself but also answered some questions about lime scaling and how to avoid it, he actually mentioned it to me without any prompting, it was something a did not know and will now put in to my weekly cleaning routine. I found this very useful. As usual with all your team, he also cleaned up and left the whole area spotless. He did ask me if it was okay for him to get rid of the waste water over the fence into an area of waste land which is unusual as most team members use the drain in my garden, it did not and still don't have a problem with this but on reflection it would probably be better to use my drain in future. I found him to be very helpful and co-operative with a friendly approach. Excellent

Vinny and Brandon did a fantastic job on our swim spa repair. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure the spa was running perfectly before they left.

As usual arrived on time, Both engineers Very polite and got to work on finding my hotub leak. Took time to enquire any ideas from me on where it may be coming from. The worked very well and dismantled both ends to check for water. Eventually found two and possibly three places small leaks were dripping. Showed me where they were. Two O rings needed replacing . The opened side to ensure no others were visible ,none found . Leak fixed they put all side panels back, cleared up and asked if any other problems or chemicals needed. In all a very satisfactory visit, and left a happy customer with no leaks visible now! Thanks so much great job guys.
