I am totally lost for words with this company please be very careful before ordering anything from them

From start to finish been a nightmare

Delivery date changed

Bought extra filters (dont fit )
Lighting unit packed up
Speaker's stopped working

Bearing in mind not even 12 weeks old

Dont answer emails
Rarely answer the phones

Always blame someone that is on holiday sick or not available

And the customer service manager Julie well dont even go there

From start to finish the company have been unprofessional, problem after problem. Staff always dodge your problem and leave for someone else to pick up the mess with excuses like they’ve ‘been on holiday’ or ‘they’ve left’ there is no communication throughout the whole business. My hot tub has had two cracks in the tub for 3 months now and there’s still no progress on sorting my problem out! I could write a whole book on all the problems we have had with this company. The 1star review is generous if i could put 0 I would, do not buy from this company it is run badly from bottom to top. Take your money and buy from elsewhere it will save you a lot of stress.

Service was fantastic. Was given valuable information about the different tubs before buying one and the sales team were not pushy at all.

The engineer's who came out to fit the tub were polite, informative and very respectful.
They carried out the job perfectly and supplied me with all the information needed to look after my tub in the future.

Would highly recommend the company and team!

I purchased my first hot tub from Style Spas and I can say that the service was top knotchfrom the initial purchase through to answering my queries regarding delivery etc and to installation. I would like to say that Sophie and Glenn from customer services and Jarrod and Elliot from the installations team made the process so simple and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone purchasing a hot tub. I did my research to begin with because I am anal like that with large purchases and and chose these guys because of the reviews.

I purchased the spa online and from start to finish the service has been second to none!
I was kept updated on delivery and installation times and even sent a text message on the day to say how far away they were. Elliott and Jarrod were really great, very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend style spas to anyone thinking about purchasing a hot tub!

Fantastic experience buying from this business

Glenn our sales advisor was first class and although our purchase presented many challenges, he over came them all in a timely fashion and included us in all decisions and feedback

When delivered the installation team were brilliant and really good at explaining how everything worked.

I've already recommended to several friends who have asked about where we got our tub from

Ordered online followed by a phone call. Customer service excellent and professional. Had to wait for the one I ordered about 5 weeks but this allowed for building of its new home and Electrics etc to be completed before delivery. They keep us informed during this time about progress.
On day of delivery, which was prearranged, hot tub arrived with two installers who were fast polite and professional. During installation they explained fully the operation of the tub including servicing cleaning usage chemicals etc. On installation there was a problem with the Bluetooth speakers which couldn’t be fixed on the delivery day but received a phone call the following day to organise replacement part. This was all fixed and sorted within 3 days.
We took the insurance agreement out with style spas which offers comprehensive cover for everything. We felt this was important for the first year to enable us to properly understand the full workings etc of our hot tub.
Overall it has been a great experience and would highly recommend Style Spas Ltd.

Waited a bit longer than expected for my hot tub. Was well worth the wait. It's a quality bit of kit and the wife and kids love it. Being a total novice to spa ownership I had a lot of questions regarding the power supply and dimensions of unit for access into my back garden. 2 of the biggest issues with having a hot tub installed. Style spas always responded to my queries expediently and the engineers were particularly helpful over the phone. Installation day came and went without a hitch. These guys really know what they're doing. They take the time to explain everything to you in great detail before they dash off to their next job. Totally professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hottub!!! the whole process was easy from start to finish.

We were so impressed with this company we walked into their showroom and we were greeted with no pushy sales patter just friendly solid advice. We purchased our spa and the service from then on was totally professional we were informed from sale to installation. The install Staff were fast and professional and again no pushy sales patter. After care is second to none we feel that advice is just a phone call away thank you guys so much A++++++++++ company highly RECOMMENDED Adie
