bad experience made better by thoughtful owner
After having a rather bad experience with staff, i was contacted by the owner of style spas. He was very apologetic and things really started to move forward in a meaningful way. Not only did he fix the problems i was having but went so far as to pay to upgrade my power supply too so that i could run both heater and pump in the winter.
the ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the initial problems with staff.
At this point i would recommend this company and advise anyone who has a problem to ask to speak with the owner directly as he seems to have his ducks in a row as far as customer service goes. Big thumbs up to Ian on his handling of a bad situation

Poor service from start to finish
Poor service from start to finish, website suggests the hot tub will be delivered and installed within 30 days, this did not happen. the delivery date was changed 3 times. the electrician supplied by themselves did not fit the socket compatible with the plug, when coming to install the hot tub they forgot the screws to clip down the cover. I have had to constantly chase through out the process to get the delivery and electrician sorted. after nearly 2 weeks I am still waiting for the correct socket to be fitted and cover clips to be attached. I would not recommend this company at all.

Fantastic service
From my initial phone call enquiring about purchasing a new hot tub, all my questions were answered.
I rang again later that day to place the order for my new spa.
Delivery was planned for a couple weeks time, and was kept updated throughout the order process.
On delivery day the install guys were waiting for me when I got home from work at the agreed time.
Tub was moved into place, cover lifter fitted, filled with water and then electricity connected.
Chemicals were explained to me.
Next day we were all in and very happy!!
We bought a Wellis mars three seater compact version and are very pleased with it.

Great Experience from Start to Finish
Great experience from start to finish. I ordered a hot tub on 3 years interest free finance, I got an instant decision online and then shortly after i received a phone call from Style Spas who did a short telephone survey and arranged a time to deliver my hot tub. They arrived 2 days later to deliver my hot tub and they took care of everything for me (even filled it up for me & trained me on what chemicals to use and when!). The quality of the hot tub is great and i would definitely recommend.
