I then contacted them regarding some kind of refund only too be ignored repeatedly.its now February and I still have no reply or contact, completely unprofessional company who hire faulty equipment, stay well clear

Good Afternoon James,
Firstly, as previously stated to you on several occasions, the Foam based hot tub was delivered to you free from defects on the 28th of December. At 14:31 the same day prior to the first usage you sent a picture of the chemical test strip in line with what we ask all customers to do. We responded at 14:32 stating the chemicals were at a safe level and that you were all good to go ahead and use the tub.
You did not contact us until the morning of the 1st of January 2023 @ 10:45 to report the loss of water issue. We responded at 10:47 and 10:50 outlining valves to check and outflow pipes to check, we also asked if it had lost water prior. You responded at 10:52 stating "Hi, no it was fine upto yesterday". By your own omission this tub - which was only 7 months old, was fine from delivery until the 31st of December which was 4 days of usage.
It is our company policy, similar to every other hire product company, to request any defaults be recorded within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to rectify any issues that may arise from our products. However, you failed to report any issues until you messaged on the 5th day of your hire it is therefore unreasonable to attempt to place the issues with the hot tub with us. The issue reported was not just a small leak but the majority of the water was leaking out within a short period of you refilling the tub on the 5th day when you woke after New Years Eve. It is our opinion that you damaged our tub on New Years Eve as there was no such leak prior to this.
To confirm our tubs are wet tested and we permit 24 hours to report any issues, should there be no report, as was this case, then any such damage is fully accountable to your hire. If this issue was present when we delivered the tub then you would not have been able to use it for 4 nights.
We understand things can happen when hiring items, but blaming us or our hire product is not acceptable in any case. The items were hired in line with our terms and conditions which are standard hire terms and conditions and permit the extended 24 hour period to report any such issues.
As a response to you stating we did not replace your tub, this is absolutely correct, when a tub is damaged on hire and was delivered free from defect it is our policy not to replace the tub, we cannot replace a tub unless the fault lies with our tub. You would not total a car from a hire company through negligence and demand a new car be given to complete your hire, the hire ends and charges are brought in line with their terms and conditions.
Finally, we can confirm we responded in a timely manner to all messages, emails, etc. We were closed on January the 1st and we still responded to you within 2 minutes, we have no reason to ignore your complaint as we are not at fault. We have been completely professional and our products were not faulty, you even confirmed this in your text when you stated on the 5th day that it had not lost water before. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by hirers, this is standard hire practice.
This review is disappointing and will contact you in regards to this.

Saved our holiday
This was a last minute booking when COVID put paid to Spain and I was impressed and delighted at how helpful this business was in accommodating us. Quick and smooth drop off and pick up, and I felt it was a fair price.

Efficient set up and explanation of how to operate the the. Hot tub it’s self was excellent.
Great clear video explanations on how to use/clean the filter etc. Kids absolutely loved it and spent most of the week it.

Friendly service
Friendly service, all equipment etc very clean. Was a bit disappointed that the set up time was late in the day and lost quite a bit of water on the 2nd day due to a loose connection. Hot tub had to be refilled and it took the rest of the day to reheat, which meant we lost another day's hire. So for a 7 day hire, we only got to use it for 5 days.

Hello Victoria, thank you very much for taking the time to review our services and I will do my best to cover the issues raised.
According to our records you contacted us on Friday morning to state that the tub had lost water from a connection that you had tightened, this was more than 24 hours after set up and any such issue if present at set up would have meant by Thursday morning there would have been no water in the tub. Therefore I can only assume that for whatever reason the connection has come loose when being used, this is also a new tub and is less than a month old but we will of course check this over when we collect the items.
In regards to the heat taking another day, you called to say that the tub was not responding, however when Stuart attended the tub was responding and that unfortunately you were not holding the button to unlock and then turn on the tub long enough as the buttons do have to be held for a few seconds. This is why the tub was not heating as it was off for some time without receiving heat to it.
In addition to the above, a hot water fill was offered at set up which would have meant you could have used the same day which you declined due to not having a combi boiler. We do highlight that same day usage is only guaranteed with continuous hot water and good water pressure.
Also, your hire ends tomorrow and with deliveries/collections they cannot all be carried out at the one time, it does stipulate this on our website and in the terms and conditions. We have you booked in for a collection tomorrow afternoon so that is the same time as the delivery was made. Granted we do ask that tubs are empty and ready for collection as these take a few hours to empty. All of this is covered on our website and is clear however we will readdress this and ensure that it is as clear as we feel it is.

Fantastic company! Such an easy process to hire a hot tub. Brilliant service - their friendly team deliver and set up the entire hot tub. The tubs are spotlessly clean and the day to day maintenance during the hire is really simple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our hire. The communication for booking was excellent. We received an email a few days before to tell us what time the hot tub would arrive. On the morning we received a text to let us know when they would arrive. Stuart was pleasant and set the hot tub up in our garden very efficiently. They then text that evening to check everything was ok. We found all the instructions easy to follow and we then received a text on the morning of collection to let us know Stuart was on the way. Our experience couldn’t have been better, the hot tub itself was excellent and so was the service we received. We will use hot tub’s for hire again and recommend them to our friends. Thank you.

Fantastic hot tub hire.
Hired a Bute hot tub/gazebo for our twins 18th birthday since they couldn’t have any sort of party. It was great fun. Would definitely recommend ‘Hot tubs for hire Glasgow.’ It was dropped off, set up by the company (extremely COVID safe and everything sanitised) and no hassle. Once you get used to cleaning filter, balancing the chemicals and testing the water it’s all fine. It’s was collected again at the time given and again no hassle. Customer service was fantastic and any of my questions were answered no problem. Thank you so much again 😊

Hot Tubs for Hire ? Excellent and professional throughout 10/10
I was looking for a hot tub for a week's hire to enhance my wife's 2nd Lockdown birthday celebrations, when I came across ,via a Google search, Hot Tubs For Hire.(HTFH)
Their website was very professional and had an online booking / enquiry form. I completed said form with my specifications and dates required. I very quickly received a reply in relation to my enquiry, the contents of which met with my satisfaction.
I thereafter made the booking which included a deposit. HTFH stated that there would be a 3 hour window for delivery and set up. This was ideal as I hoping that my wife would be out when HTFH arrived to install, and she was, RESULT. The two employees who attended very quickly set to work and were very Covid aware, wearing masks and keeping a safe distance throughout the installation process, with all equipment being jet washed as it was being installed.
Upon completion of the installation I was given a quick run through re the cleaning and chemical processes to be used before and after use. Yes, it was all a wee bit bamboozling , however, I needn't have fretted as there was a QR code on the chemicals box (that is left with the hirer) which explained fully in text and video clips the process required.
It was also a result that the tub was ready for use before my wife arrived home , yup, the guys done good !
I was contacted later that day (day of installation) to check that I was happy with the tub and that everything was working okay, it was. I was advised that should there be any 'issues' then I was not to hesitate on making contact.
I only had cause to make contact once in relation to how much of the pH enhancer I was to use, again, very easily understood.
Upon completion of my period of hire I was contacted and advised of the 'time window' in which the tub would be uplifted, again they were good to their word and arrived as stated and very quickly removed all of their installation.
Yes, a very enjoyable time was had by us both for the duration of the hire and I/we, would have no reservations whatsoever on recommending Hot Tubs For Hire to you, a very professional operation indeed 10/10

I hired a hot tub with neon party package for my sons birthday (which happened to fall on mothers day 😀) We had a really lovely time and it made his birthday special during lockdown.
