Morning Scott,

Thank you for taking the time to review our services and for some valuable feedback that we will use to improve our services.

We are working on more videos and if the truth be told, we have just been a little run off our feet since March last year due to huge staff reductions as a result of the government restrictions and our own policies put in place in order to ensure all staff and customers remain safe.

I do have a list of more videos including how to balance you hot tubs chemicals - I know I added a pdf of instructions but the videos we have added were done so in order to keep things quick and easy for the customer. As I have said we do hope to ensure every aspect is available in the tutorial videos to ensure happy and well informed customers.

This is highly disappointing and not a true reflection of our services. We responded to you on numerous occasions via our company telephone texting service and we have no record of any email from you at all. We receive hundreds of messages per week for our services and with our booking system currently out of use due to the pandemic restrictions then we can only apologise if your request to book has been missed, we are only human.

As a family run business, we are trying our very best in very trying and testing circumstances, as one of the owners I personally work 7 days a week from 7am until 1am every week of every month since this pandemic started. And to find a 1-star review from someone who did not actually use our services is completely out of proportion in my opinion and lacks any real understanding of how these restrictions are taking their toll on small businesses like our own. Not to mention that you had requested this booking for delivery on the 26th of February but only now nearly 2 weeks after that usage date have lodged a 1-star review for a service you didn’t receive instead of contacting us first to register said complaint.

If you view our website, which you must have considering you used the number from the website, then you would see that delays are clearly highlighted on our website. We are hugely busy and like all companies who are still operating, we have implemented strict social distancing measures which means that as staff cannot socially distance in a company vehicle our staff numbers are significantly reduced. We have statements all over our website that there are delays in responding due to the significant impact the pandemic has had on our staff numbers. This means that as a result sadly our admin has taken a step back in favour of ensuring that we deliver customers’ orders.

Our online booking system, as previously state, was removed due to the impact of the current pandemic and as such that has also put additional strain on administration duties. We are unable to train new staff to cover administration duties as we cannot train from 3 metres away that and we do not have the technology to ensure they can work from home and ensure it is synched with all staff using the systems we have in place.

The demand for our services has grown exponentially due to our attractive packages, products and the customer service that our customers receive. Other companies may well be available to be more responsive as you stated and send more than the 5/6 text messages per customer that we sent to you, but clearly this is because they do not have the same level of demand as we do.

In addition to this, we have countless customers request to book and for countless reasons never respond after this, even when we follow up on them, we have marked on our tracker that you had not responded to our last correspondence and as such had closed your request. If this was done in error then I apologise.

As an example, even huge companies like McDonalds have reduced their menus, closed restaurants in exchange for drive through only and queues are huge for these with waiting times maybe 10-20 times longer than you would usually expect? If companies as large as McDonalds are having to change and reduce services then of course so do small companies like ours.

Finally, I would apologise again if you did not receive the services we are well know for on this occasion, but I can assure you that this is not due to any other reason other than we are becoming a victim of our own success in very challenging times where we cannot just get in more staff or place a new booking system online. Our booking system was tailor made for our services and staff numbers but I can confirm that after months of working with our developers at a large cost to ourselves we have change the booking system and we are confident that this will be back online by April. We take all feedback on board but we also explain why things aren’t always as customers perceive them to be as otherwise a 1-star review cannot be correctly evaluated to future customers if they are not aware of the full picture.
