Beautiful harness arrived very quickly. So impressed by the quality I have placed a 2nd order , packaging is so unique it was a joy to receive , im sure the postie had a smile on his face when he delivered .

Ordered a lead, collar and poop bag holder set, the design is beautiful and very well made. Also ordered a name tag which is also very well made and looks lovely. Definitely recommend!

I boughtsome pants for my German Short Haired Pointer as she came into season. They are beautifully made, great quality and superbly hygenic with the removeable pad. There is no issues with freedom of movement for the dog and no hint at all of any signs of leakage. A brilliant product that came so beautifully wrapped. Excellent work Hounds of Eden. You have set the bench mark really high for other companies many of which including those high end luxury goods and fashion houses fail to attain. You are as close to perfection as one can get, right from ordering through to delivery. a seamless, enjoyable experience. Many thanks.

Ordered a full set (collar, harness, bow tie, lead, poo bag holder) and also a hoodie for my Maisie. Wow! Totally blown away by the quality of the packaging, such attention to detail felt like I was opening a present, the products themselves are really solid and feel high quality, I love the designs they are so lovely and vibrant too, so many compliments when on walks and their customer service was so friendly and fast in helping with sizing and correcting my post code which I put in wrong by accident. 5* and will be back! The metal clasp on my cavapoos Hounds of Eden dog collar snapped suddenly leaving my dog collarless by a rather busy road. Luckily she didn’t move! Their response was to say this is impossible. They have offered, while implying this cannot have happened to replace the metal clasp. We are not taking them up on their offer. My dog will never wear one of these collars again. Avoid!

We have been buying from these guys since 2021. Their products are superb to the point where I have to stop myself buying more. We have multiple items from harnesses, to snuggle blankets to hoodies. All amazing quality and it’s our go to, EVERY time. Highly recommended and their team is pawsome (yes I did that 🤭)

Awful collar - completely stained and scratched after just 2 standard walks. Customer service told me to wash it and then never responded again.

Have about 12 harnesses and waiting to order special one tomorrow. Size small fits perfectly. They’re great quality and keep their colours so well with loads of wear. Totally recommend.

I’ve ordered leads several times for my two cocker spaniels and they are the best I’ve had - longer than usual, lovely colours and a handy D ring at the top. Quick delivery too

Got a reversible harness for my Vizsla puppy, followed the measurement guide to a tea. THE HARNESS SLICED UNDER HER ARMS AND LEFT DEEP RAW CUTS AFTER TWO USES! I wish I could include pictures here so everyone avoids this company. I was beyond devastated so contacted customer service and sent them the horrific photos of my pup’s under arms/tummy. They apologised and said there was a different measurement guide for reversible harnesses - I followed the one on the product page so I don’t know what excuse this is! - and they suggested a non reversible one for larger dog breeds like Vizslas - nowhere on the product page does it say it’s not suitable for larger dogs (why even have a Large option!) - and offered to send me an alternative more suitable harness. After agreeing to try it I was surprised when he said I’d be receiving the invoice for it minus a goodwill gesture of free delivery! Sod off. Never using again. Coco pup are better. Actually, anyone is better! Avoid if you actually like your dog and don’t want them injured and crying.

Products ok very bad customer service.
Products nice patterns but all the same designs as the other dog Instagram accounts mass ordered from China just the company’s choose what designs they want.
The fit of the harness is poor ordered same size in two different patterns both fit differently one the dog can slip out of.
The blanket the poppers do not match up very soft but cheaply made.
Customer service rude do not want to help. Items delivered just shoved in a plastic bag- other Instagram dog shops wrap they products beautifully. Don’t expect that with this company.

Absolutely beautiful harnesses, collars and prints - have ordered from them a few times but I think the quality is just not as good as it used to be sadly.
I was almost made to feel like I was a liar when I recently emailed to tell them the new collar and tag had 1. Turned my cream puppies front completely grey and 2. that the dog tag had paint chipping off within a few weeks of wearing. Ash said ‘ but, I'm not sure how the light pink spring babies collar would cause your dog's neck to go grey?’ despite knowing the buckle is black or could be a problem with the clearly very poor quality tag.
I have sent photos back but do not feel confident this will be resolved for me, and the fact you have to pay for returns just is the icing on top of it all. Will not be using them again, better experiences with other companies such as coco pup and Zeedog.

To the business I suggest not accusing your customers before seeing the evidence, it is a sure fire way to invite negative feedback.

Brilliant company

Was struggling to find something the right size for my pooch but the team at hounds of Eden where at hand. They messaged me back helping me select the right size with in minutes. The items I ordered arrived today and where perfect, excellent quality and a pawfict fit for my pooch,

Nice products. Recently bought a snuggle blanket which my pup loved. Very good quality and washed well. Bought two more in different designs. Thinner, stitching not great and didn’t wash as well. Left feedback on website and what do you know - the positive review of the first blanket up there and the less positive review - nowhere to be seen. I appreciate they’re a small business, but I can’t trust a brand that only shows 5 star reviews and not the honest picture. Won’t buy from them again because of this.

I ordered my dog a harness and lead from this company, and I was actually surprised at how quickly it was dispatched.
However……
I had to send them back, as the harness was too small for my dog ( I did measure him first, by the measurements on the website).
First off, they don’t pay for return postage, so I had to pay out £7 to have it sent back tracked/ signed for.
The biggest ‘annoyance’ was that they only refunded me £36 for the cost of the harness and lead!, I was NOT refunded the £3.99 that I had paid for myself, for the shipping!
So not only did I have to pay £7 for sending the items back, I also lost £3.99 that I paid originally for p&p!, as they kept it themselves,

I’ve never known of any other companies not refunding the p&p that the customer has paid for.

Needless to say, I won’t be recommending this company or buying from them again!
I’m now £11 out of pocket!

I thought I would leave it a little while before I reviewed. It took a little while to arrive but the communication from the seller was great. It is such a lovely product but considering my dog does not go in the water, after 4 months of wearing the Gold is now silver :( which is a bit of a shame. I get lots of comments about the quality of the collar and bow ties. I would order again.

The harness wasn't great for my dog (it's cute and comfortable but) it gives her knots and pulls out her fur.

However, the more worrying thing is, I am pretty sure they are filtering out all the not 5-star reviews on their website. Every product only has 5 star reviews, including the product that I rated as 2 stars...
