So glad I found House of Spirits
I wanted a bottle of Boodles mulberry gin as a gift. I was very pleased with the price, and even more pleased to see it was buy one get one free. And free delivery too. I couldn't help thinking it was too good to be true, but the bottles arrived within a few days so I am delighted.

Ordering was easy and` we requested 4 x 1.75litre bottles on the 2 for 1 special offer. The confirming advice note made the calculation overly complicated and showed only 7 bottles. When only 7 bottles were delivered I queried this with order processing and an 8th bottle was dispatched without any argument. Every company makes mistakes; its how you recover the situation that's important. Well done.
