Brilliant Service following a bereavement
Would definitely recommend house clearance scotland. After my mum passed away I attempted to clear the house myself, but couldn't face it. Alfred was so nice and explained the process, and told me the cost, he was not pushy in any way, and left me to think about it. They take absolutely everything and it all gets reused. They even find a use for toiletries, food, everything and I decided it was well worth it, saving me the stress, time and cost to contact various charities and trips to the tip with vans. When you think about all that time, money and stress, the cost was worth it. On the day, Damien and Dan were there to meet me, and were so polite and courteous. I mentioned I had been trying to find some small screwdrivers I knew mum had. The place was left immaculate they even emotied the freezer, hoovered cleaned the floor and worktops, and left a set of keys they found, and those screwdrivers! I had no interest in profiting from mums things, and Alfred and the team have given me comfort knowing all the charities and people less fortunate will benefit from her things. Thank you

Used House Clearance to clear my late mother’s house.
The guys turned up very prompt and were really friendly. Nothing was a problem and they cleared the house promptly in a few hours, even hoovering after.

House clearance after separation.
I reached out to this company to clear my home after a separation. The house was left in an awful state, piles of dirty clothing, rotten and mouldy food, furniture, toys etc all abandoned.
They were helpful and professional all through the process, they kept me updated with pictures and videos and kept in touch daily.
The job was completed in a timely and efficient manor and far exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend house clearance Scotland highly enough.

Quick, friendly & tidy service
I decided to use the company after realising it would be too difficult for me to do everything myself as I live far away, also I was keen to donate the furniture. I chose the company based on reviews. Alfred and his team cleared my late mother's bungalow thoroughly in less than a morning and hoovered up afterwards. Efficient, friendly service
The team did a fantastic job, from initial contact with Alfred to arrange a quote and date for the clearance of my late parents house to the actual clearance itself. The team arrived on time, went through each room to be cleared with me to understand what was to go and what was to be left, worked super quickly and even gave the rooms a hoover after they were done. I was really impressed with how quickly the job was carried out, Damien, Dan and William were super efficient and everything was done with a cheerful happy to help attitude. Can’t fault the service at all, well worth the money!
