I found the service provided by House Network to be very efficient, competent and professional from the valuation through to viewings and advice as to the offer to accept. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to enter the house market.

I've used Housenetwork twice in the last four years and on both occasions I have been very happy. In my recent sale my house was valued by John. His valuation was realistic, his marketing strategy very helpful, his advice about conducting viewings invaluable. Despite living in a remote area where house sales are slow I've had lots of viewings and several offers. My negotiator Zach has helped me consider competing offers and is progressing my sale efficiently. Communication has been great, with weekly Rightmove statistics and the offer of a weekly chat with my negotiator. I honestly do not think any estate agent could do more, and the fee is £3k less than my local agents.

I had six firm offers for my home within two full days of marketing. The initial free valuation and subsequent support given by House Network's local representative was outstanding. I was kept advised of every potential purchaser and their agreed appointment times and was supplied with constant feedback. The service given by Housenetwork was outstanding and their service represents remarkable value for money.

Although our property has only recently been put on the market with House Network the service provided by them has so far been excellent. Very professional, quick response to initial enquiry, prompt with home visit and email and telephone contact. Stewart, who came to value the property, was so very nice it was a pleasure to welcome him into our home. He took some beautiful photos of the property and we anticipate a speedy sale.

Note that this review is written as a buyer. I would not work with Housenetwork again if I could help it. I did not get the impression that Housenetwork knew or understood the property particularly well, or were really interested in either it or me. They give the impression that they exist only to sell additional poor quality and expensive products, such as conveyancing, which I was bombarded with information about. I note that I received more marketing information about their other products than I did about the property itself. They wasted my time with both the property - they omitted to mention that it is situated on a very busy main road - and their marketing of other services, and I do not appreciate either. I recommend that others do not use them either as sellers or buyers.

What a brilliant service. We were kept informed at every step of the process by our personal negotiator. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use agin.

The only issue felt was that when you phone initially it is fairly obvious that the operator has no idea about the property you are talking about (which is expected as it is an online estate agents) so I guess this might not be something resolvable.

Good advice received though and quick to respond. Also good to have a specific case manager and ours was excellent.

Brilliant service. Slight cross over between departments with looking at viewing a property after I already viewed it. But the employees I’ve spoken to have been very helpful.

HouseNetwork.co.uk have been excellent throughout the sales process demonstrating good communication and also a degree of reasonableness and flexibility. I will certainly be utilising them again. Money well spent. Sian Smith our negotiator has been excellent throughout.

First time selling a house, productive, friendly but professional stuff. Great contact network - someone is available all the time to sort any issues. Phone, email and chat any time of the day and week. Would definitely use them again choose the no sale no fee option. Got a lot of viewings mainly from people seeing it in rightmove. Nice to have control of your advert at all times, just need to log onto the system. First time we called they were straight out to do valuation within a day (great to me booked online) then photos done not long after was up in a week really. So far all communication has been quick and clear. Any questions I have had have bee; answered speedily, if an answer has been unknown they have got back to me very quickly with a response. I hope this continues for the rest of my house purchase.
