Second house I have sold with House Network, a smooth, quick and friendly service.

I chose the worst time to sell my flat, in the middle of an economic crisis and a house market turmoil.

House Network was recommended to me by friends who had sold their flat successfully through them. My first impressions were very positive, from the first contact through to getting their local agent to inspect the property and take professional pictures to accompany my listing.
My account manager was Richard and later on Sian. I discussed with Richard the right strategy for the listing to find the right wording and, most importantly, filter out the time-wasters. Unfortunately, if you have ever sold a property (for me, this was the first time I ever sold a flat), you will know you will met too many “day-trippers”, who only come to view your home because they are curious and have nothing better to do.
House Network organised all the logistics for the viewings, agreeing dates and times with the viewers and confirming each appointment to reduce the risk of no-shows, and I conducted the viewings with potential buyers myself. If I wanted to have an agent lead the viewings I would have had to pay for an additional service. I selected the ‘No Sale, No Fee’ package, which meant I would pay House Network at completion of the sale.
The team of negotiators were always happy to help and provide advice, from how to speak to potential buyers confidently to presenting the flat in the best way possible. Richard’s support was invaluable during the negotiation process – I wasn’t feeling 100% confident in my ability to get the right price for my property and I knew I was in safe hands.
Sometimes I wished I had paid extra to have an agent take over the viewings as I wasted so much time with people who had no intention of buying. I even baked muffins to entice buyers to make an offer!

I sold my flat at a good price, considering the market was very volatile.

I won’t say that selling property is easy, because it was definitely one of the most stressful experiences of my life, however House Network made sure things were taken care of and answered any queries I had along the way.

Very efficient service. Only took a few days for them to come and value and take the pics. Very accurate valuation. Took a week from advertising to getting an offer. Housenetwork have been fantastic, really good advice and support throughout the sale. I’ve not sold many houses but I would definitely use the online option again. Straight forward pricing, no commission, and a great online portal to keep track of the process.

Ours was always going to be a tough house to sell. A lot of very positive features but some negative ones too.
House Network just kept plugging away with a steady stream of viewers, the organisation of which was faultless.
When eventually that someone was found, they conducted the negotiations very effectively following my instructions closely.
So many agents go for the..." I think he'll take £x" whispered to the buyers just to get the sale wrapped up asap. I really feel that didn't (& wouldn't) happen with House Network.
