Good value for money
I was weary to use an online estate agent but you get more than you bargained for!! Aimee has been there every step of the way, answered questions in a timely manner & just generally been really helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Total satisfaction to date.
They took pictures, put the property for sale on appropriate websites and within the week had a viewing. I am paying extra for them to have an Agent show viewers round the property because of my mums disability to do so. They take of their shoes and made sure mum was ok whilst they showed the viewer round. I cannot thank them enough for their customer service and patience communicating with me( working shifts). I recommend Housenetwork.

Getting what you pay for, or not!
I guess the old adage of getting what you pay for springs to mind, I only wish that the "sales" staff were as proactive about selling my property as they are about selling house networks add ons and conveyancing.
Nothing more than a fancy website and hot air, failed viewings, zero interest in generating leads, no feedback or suggestions and frankly a waste of £700+
BE warned, once they have your money they couldn't give a toss about selling your property!
** Edit 24.10.2018 tried to speak to my "dedicated advisor" today about following up on previous viewings and proactively selling the property to be told that after three failed attempts to contact the folk who viewed my house they weren't going to chase and that my asking price really ought to be dropped, when pressed the agent openly admitted he hadn't a clue about the local market but was going on "national averages"
28.10.2018 property went on with a local high street agent, 4 viewings booked within 24 hours!!

I have used this estate agent twice now…
I have used this estate agent twice now and my family a further three times.
They are fast at responding, take great photos and are online which makes it really easy to check where things are up to.
I'm happy to do the viewings myself so it does not make sense to pay another estate agents to do it.

With plenty of self help tools and a viewing booking system, you can really get stuck into the tricky process of selling your house on a tight budget without leaving you to have to rely on timescales of high street agents. You can plan your viewings in accord with your own busy life schedule.
Our valuation and marketing consultant bounded through the door with an uplifting sense of “can do” and positive sense of attitude that it filled me with confidence right from the start of the process. With daily feedback and communication from the House Network team constantly keeping me in the Loop, the house was sold subject to contract in a fraction of the time I thought possible, for a price I was extremely happy with.
Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Previous to using House Network
Previous to using House Network, the property was on with 2 x traditional estate agents. We reduced the asking price considerably to generate interest and we got very little activity. Upon switching to House Network we achieved many viewings in the 1st week and multiple offers whereby we accepted an offer just after the second week. I wouldn’t hestitate in recommending House Network
