Excellent care was provided. The Nurse was very gentle and patient with me. Having suffered from many painful ear procedures in the past, I was a little nervous.

Very good experience
Very good experience. The nurse, a very pleasant lady, explained everything before and during the procedure and about the necessary aftercare too.

Couldn't be happier with my new hearing aid
Couldn't be happier with my new hearing aid!
Went through lots of settings and fittings and tried a couple brands, nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect fit, perfect settings and David really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me.

Left ear was blocked
Left ear was blocked and called them to get an appointment and got an appointment that day as a cancellation. The receptionist was very nice and Mara who did my ears was very helpful and nice as well. Really helpful and got my ears done in 15 minutes which was good. I Usually go once a year. Would recommend. Keith

Having moved this year to the Scottish Borders, with all the changes that that involves, it was such a relief to find that I would receive the same reliable service and level of expertise from my new audiologist and staff as I had in Cheshire, and with no additional expenses.

Ear syringe
My elderly mother was unable to hear and was on a waiting list for months, Thankfully she got an appointment with house of hearing, Edinburgh. The lady who treated my mother was so helpful, she explained everything in detail which was helpful. The procedure went well and my mum can now hear again. I can’t thank house of hearing enough. Their service was excellent.

Very simple and easy testing process
This was my first hearing test so i did not know what to expect. Turned out to be a relaxed and easy appointment. The audiologist I saw (Connor) was very informed and explained everything in understandable terms.
