I was very impressed and very much at ease as everything was explained to me in detail. The staff were very friendly and Mara was very attentive and efficient as this was my first time experiencing the suction process.

The whole experience was first class. The assistant who treated me was charming and very efficient, the facilities were first class and whole experience was 100%. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this service.

After a bad experience elsewhere I attended House of Hearing today for ear wax removal. Sarah was amazing very professional and patient. I now have my hearing back. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a great experience at house of hearing for a hearing test. The audiologist explained the whole process and what was happening very clearly and the whole process was very straightforward and comfortable. There was a lot of useful information and I left feeling well informed about the status of my hearing.

When my declining hearing became a problem I chose to visit House of Hearing. What a good experience! My audiologist, Louise, was knowledgeable, skilled and so patient with my endless questions - the complete professional. This morning was an unexpected positive experience. From reception, to ear wax treatment to audiology testing and diagnosis everyone was welcoming, friendly and thoroughly professional. They took time to explain and to reassure. Unlike other providers the audiologist advised me I didn't need hearing aids; their primary concern was not to make a sale but to serve my best interests. I have scheduled and annual checkup with House of Hearing.

I had an excellent experience with my latest visit to House of Hearing in Edinburgh where my audiologist, Stuart, was very attentive and knowledgable. Extra care was taken with the fitting to avoid previous issues with hearing aids dislodging and the sound quality with the new aids is fantastic. The outcome has been an amazing improvement in quality of life. Thank you!

The audiologist Nicola was superb. She explained everything in detail and was very sympathetic to my mums hearing loss.
A new hearing aid was given but my mum could not get used to the over ear type as had always had the “in ear”
Not a problem at all, a new in ear device was ordered in place of the original.
All in all great service

I have been attending the H.O.H Edinburgh clinic for nearly four years now, and I can’t praise the team highly enough. Since my very first visit every member of staff, from the receptionists to the senior audiologists, have always given me a warm welcome and they always allocate sufficient time to discuss any concerns I may have and for tests to be taken.

I would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful Louise Stewart for her continued support and understanding over the last 3 years and in particular over the past two months for going that “extra mile” to support me and find the right solution for my hearing loss. With your knowledge and experience I always feel in safe hands. My life with hearing aids has been transformed.

Took my 93 year old Mother in to the Edinburgh office to get a hearing test and hopefully a hearing aid which would be suitable for her specific needs. Stuart the audiologist was excellent, very friendly, caring and spent time carrying out all the tests required and explained all the findings to us very clearly. My mother has now been fitted with hearing aids which are working great for her and we have a back up appointment in a few weeks to ensure all ok. Level of service has been excellent from everyone at the office and I can already see a difference in my mothers mental well-being and new hearing abilities.

I have been supported by House of Hearing for nearly 20 years. I would never consider an alternative Audiologist. The standard of knowledge and the understanding of individual needs is exceptional. Never have I experienced such a person centred service. Highly recommended.

The examination test was straightforward and worked well for me. Results led to simple update and no issues.
