Delighted with the results from hearing…

Delighted with the results from hearing aids recommended by Stuart Lyness and have peace of mind from the after care approach. The consultation was relaxed and combination of technology in the clinic, his knowledge and listening skills made it feel a great experience.

A very quick and professional service

My ears were clogged up and OTEX wasn’t removing it. I contacted my own GP but couldn’t be taken for a few weeks. This was similar for Boots and Specsavers ( who have a wax removal service) . I contacted House of Hearing on the Friday and they gave me an appointment for the next day Saturday— yes Saturday, the others don’t operate on the weekend.
They checked my ears and removed the wax. They detected a possible infection so they took photos and sent them with an email to my own doctors practice explaining what they found. I got a call on the Monday morning to go along so my doctor could check my ears out, and yes there was infection. They prescribed antibiotic spray as the people at HOH had suggested they might. I also have a follow up appointment with HOH a week or so later so they can monitor my progress. To finish I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and efficiency of House of Hearing.

Ellis - the gentle trainee

I would have been happier to pay for the audiogram as I feel a bit indebted to you. Ellis as a trainee was exceptionally gentle cleaning out my ears. Very professional service by all. Access to costs of aids - I might have asked - as it would make a difference to what disability I might tolerate.

Excellent Stuart Lyness

From stepping into house of hearing all the staff were polite, friendly and exceedingly helpful. My husband was wanting new hearing aids, Stuart Lyness Senior Audiologist was brilliant, took great care in explaining everything as things were not straight forward with my husbands ears / hearing. He did not try and push the most expensive option but gave us information and let us choose with no pressure. 100% recomend
