Hair straighteners arrived, took a little longer than expected but they are amazing well worth the wait!

I like the the product, but I was not kept up to date about the status of the order. I had to keep chasing to find out what's going on. And I was provided with the wrong courier.

Good product delivery was quick and I could track it. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them.

Ordered 2 clothing racks, only 1 turned up and had came with loads of pieces missing so have not been able to assemble for days. Really poor

Decent product at a reasonable price. Self assembly required (Single metal bed frame) but I found it pretty self explanatory and easy to do. Quality of product is not the best but that is reflected in the price. ( I only need the bed frame for 6 weeks hence why a cheap option chosen). Only 1 piece of the frame missing but it was only a cross bearer locator so easy to get around. Quick delivery so overall I am happy.

Delivery time was as stated, the bed frame itself is so far proving to be decent and great value for the price. It’s fairly simple to put together, and the Allen keys and spanner are already provided. I managed to assemble it myself within a couple of hours, and was pleased with the result. If you are looking for a cheap and cheerful frame then look no further, this is the right one for you.

received spice rack next day , is good quality and sits nicely against my kitchen wall . very pleased with product.

House of Home were quick to respond to my query regarding a delivery issue. However when my hair brush arrived, it wasn't the oval one (pictured), but a large square paddle brush, which I would not have purchased if the photo was more accurate.

I'm very pleased with the folding desk. It was very easy to assemble, is compact yet sturdy enough for working on and looks great. My only grumble is that some edges seem a little rough due to some chips in the vinyl(?) and it looks a little worn already. I also paid for next day delivery as I needed it at short notice, sadly it didn't arrive for days. Customer service were helpful in locating the item and a possible delivery date but I wouldn't bother paying for this service again.

Was unsure to start with with not knowing the company. We purchased the black metal bed frame. Excellent price, fast delivery, amazing value £36 just amazing! I built the bed on my own and was pretty easy.
Kept up-to-date with information. Would highly recommend!
