Love my Charlotte Rattan kitchen stools & the price!

I found the exact kitchen stool I was looking for at House of Isabella and at a wonderful price compared to other furniture retailers. Ordering through their website was easy, they were delivered in perfect condition and so easy to put together. So very happy with my purchase.

I can honestly say what you see is…

I can honestly say what you see is actual representation of what you get …. Good quality furnitures and you can rest assured you get immediate assistance if anything goes wrong which one out of 4 of my bar stool did have a manufacturing defect and I took pictures and sent to them in an email detailing everything concerned and they investigated and confirm the fault and I received a replacement within a couple of weeks. Peace of mind when you get good service and prompt response. I will be ordering from them again for sure.

Low anxiety dealing

Very easy dealing , small error in communication caused by myself leaving/adding letters to my email address . This was sorted quickly as was the delivery , few days and coffee table and counter stool slip ons arrived then same day the four door louvre buffet was delivered by a more than helpful driver so yes order with confidence

Cheaply made furniture but good customer service

Whilst the stools that we received were a disappointment (colour looked different online and they looked very cheap for the price we paid), Jenny, the kind customer service lady who I was emailing back and forth with was extremely helpful and patient. She was always so lovely and easy to deal with. She is the only reason why I have given this company 4 stars. In terms of the furniture, I’d say it’s cheap.

Trustworthy Site

It did take a bit of time to resolve my issue with some damage to a delivered product. But Jenny got me through it and i was give reasonable options to deal with the issue.

Happy Customer …

Could not be happier with my bar stools from House of Isabella. There was a delay with delivery but great communication and updates made it worth the wait. Great quality and exactly as described.

The Staff is the Difference

The sales staff, customer service was second to none. There was a mistake in ordering, of which was of my own doing, but the staff went out of their way to assist. I am pleased to highly recommend House of Isabella.

The order was duplicated partly due to…

The order was duplicated partly due to automated reminder and email delay. We tried to cancel the duplication. This was an an extremely frustrating experience communication only by email no phone. We told by email eventually that the duplication could not be stopped.
Sent from Victoria but has to be returned to Western Australia??? No refund only a credit voucher. You just make it all to hard.

In this case, the courier misplaced one of the packages included in your shipment, which caused the delay.

Aside from that particular shipment, the rest of your order was delivered on time and within the expected delivery timeframe. Throughout the process, we stayed in close communication with you, following up with the courier and providing updates as soon as we received them.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely regret that this situation impacted your experience. It’s also worth noting that a discount was provided before you placed your order as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your support.
