I had been looking for a particular product and I fortunately found what suited me on House of Isabelle web site. I was pleased with the price and happy with the product when it arrived. There were problems with the delivery and the product arrived safely with no damage.

The team reached out to let us know that their last few bar stools we loved and ordered had been damaged they offered us an immediate refund or store credit. We decided to wait until stock came through which may have been up to 8 weeks. A week later stock arrived and we had our stools a few days after this notice. The stools are stunning, sturdy and came assembled. Shipping was quick considering their sheer size! Customer support team were considerate in informing us every moment there were changes. Absolutely love the product and the service was far superior than any other furniture store we’ve dealt with. Well done everyone! So worth the wait and we’ll buy again if we fall in love with any other products. 🥰

I have requested something 10 times. No response. No phone number either
I honestly can’t believe this company. I had something in my cart that was not meant to be on my order. It went through. I have sent them over 10 emails asking them to cancel the item. They won’t respond. It’s got to the point I am going to cancel my whole order. It’s caused me so much hassle and time. I don’t do business with negative people. I don’t want their items in my home. If they can not respond to me. What does that say. They are just going to deliver it and expect me to pay all the expense in returning a large item that a mistake was made on. Which I have told them about 10 times. They have no phone number. They changed over one of my items and expected me just to accept it. Yet won’t respond to me. It’s double standards. Unbelievable. Shocking. They think they are high end. There joking.
Little update. They delivered everything. Blocked me into my apartment. Now 17 July. Have had to cancel everything. Can’t even let clients or take my dog for a walk. Totally blocked in. Still can’t contact them by phone. They don’t seem to see the problem.

VERY EXPENSIVE RETURNS
I ordered a faux eucalyptus tree which did not suit our house, when going to return the item it was going to cost close to $450 in return fees, almost the same as the tree itself. If you are purchasing large items and not sure if they are going to work in your space be very mindful of the return fee. Customer service were not accommodating in helping to find a cheaper alternate

Disappointing customer service
I ordered 6 outdoor chairs to go around our fire pit area to arrive in time for my husband’s birthday. I was then informed that the chairs I ordered were actually out of stock and that I’d have to wait another 2 months for them to arrive. I explained how disappointing this was and all they could offer me was a $20 voucher on my next order… I’m afraid $20 wasn’t going cut it after the amount I’d already spent on the chairs and shipping. I won’t be ordering from here again.
