Purchase a rattan pendant light - great CX

Purchase a rattan pendant light. There was a slight issue on our frame. The Support team looked into it immediately and resolved the problem for our renovation. I’ll be getting more items in the future.

House of Fun

Well let's start with the website. I was scrolling the site and found this mirror. I put it in the cart and was scrolling down to apply the discount code, but it didn't scroll, instead purchased the mirror. I'm not sure if that is some sort of scam thing with Shop, or something else, but it went straight to purchase. I sent an email straight away to House of Isabella to let them know and stop the purchase, but by the time they got back to me, it had gone through. I was stuck with what I had accidentally bought. The mirror arrived a few days or so later, but I couldn't put it up straight away. When my hubby was able to put it up, that's when we saw it. The bottom and top of the mirror frame is clearly bowed, in different directions, which you can clearly see in the pictures. That made the mirror distorted, like being in a fun house. Their website says that refunds have to be within 24 hrs, which we didn't know as we didn't unpack within that time. And packaging has to be kept, who does that, or a refund is not issued. Well I have filled out the refund form, so we'll see if I get a refund.

I purchased the Cayman console table…

I purchased the Cayman console table and is was a preorder purchase so there was a wait time. Though out that time I received updates on the delivery via emails.
The wait was definitely worth it 😊 the quality and detail is very good . It is something you don’t see in the masses.
I would purchase again from The House of Isabella.

Unhappy

Hi , I purchased 4 foot stools , when they arrived they were miniature , I found your website was misleading, yes I didn’t look at dimensions as I put in foot stools , emailed your customer service, only for Jenny to say they can’t be refunded, and stated the dimensions on the email , bottom line can get a store credit, which I don’t want, so I’m extremely disappointed, I buy a lot of things online & never ever have I counted this before, as I stated they were still in box , was aware I had to pay for postage, that also was a rip off paid $138 for delivery, when I said that to Jenny she basically said it goes buy the size etc , also no customer phone number that I could find , so won’t be buying anything from your site , regards Dianne moignard.

Two beautiful Chinese inspired pots…

Two beautiful Chinese inspired pots from Florabelle took my eye on the House of Isabella website. The Cherry Blossom planter, and the Tang planter have both taken up residence at my island home, now resplendent with maidenhair ferns. I mention island as many online sellers will not deliver to my island. Well done House of Isabella! QLD

Very speedy service and delivery

After perusing all that was on offer for a spot situated near to the front door area of my house I spotted the
small Acorn Finial and immediately ordered and paid for it. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered and am very pleased with it too.

Well the product first of all

Well the product first of all, is simply beautiful. I purchased two very nice duck egg lamps (very Japanesey) but one unfortunately was damaged during transit. Upon notifying Jennie within 24 hours, she immediately went about to send me a replacement. Communication and professionalism stands out from several other suppliers and I will be back to purchase our next items! Cant wait!

UPDATE
since my 1* review about my broken lamp i have to say things have really looked up. Jenny really went the extra mile to replace my lamp - despite me moving house in the middle of the process
lamp now installed and looks fabulous

Wonderful product range great attention to detail.

Jenny was super efficient to deal with. Contacted me to advise there was a delay from the suppliers side and offered me the choice of a refund or a new delivery schedule. I chose to wait for my table. So glad I did. Such a beautiful table, delivery went smoothly and communication was on point! Love this store and the range of products offered. Will definitely be making repeat purchases! Thanks Jenny.
