Excellent customer service after contacting

This is now an updated review.
I contacted the company and they were incredibly prompt in contacting me, within 5 hours on a Sunday, and then 24 hours later they provided options of solutions. This is impressive. They've kept following up as well, so despite the problem, I would recommend them. I have been told there is a reason for the smell, though the previous exact same rug I bought did not have it. Even so, I am impressed by their customer service. The 4 stars is only because I don't think a rug should smell after one month.
The carpet smells, at first we thought it was of rubber, but then we realised it's a musty mould smell. We've had it more than a month. The smell goes and then comes back with a vengeance. Will have to contact the company but don't know what response we'll get as we threw away packaging and it has been in our living room since we bought it, as we were hoping the smell would go.

I was very happy with the service and…

I was very happy with the service and the product from the House of Isabella. Despite a delay in the first place which was communicated to me with an offer of options, the coffee table arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be more happy with it. It's beautiful. Thank you to Jenny for letting me know progress.

It could have ended in tears but it…

It could have ended in tears but it didn’t. I ordered my bird and all seemed well. Package was intact when arrived and appeared to be securely packaged until I opened it, removed the packing to find my bird had broken off his perch. Disaster!! I contacted House of Isabella and was assured all would be well. Sent them a photo of the poor disconnected bird as requested. And within a short time had received a replacement!!! All safe and sitting proudly on his perch. A happy ever after ending …

CRACKED TABLE LEG

Dining table leg developed a crack that went through both sides of it. House of Isabella didn't hesitate to organize a replacement. Swift, professional and efficient service. Very happy.

A perfect place to shop

I was completely satisfied with the product that I received and it was very securely packaged. The whole shopping experience with House of Isabella was enjoyable and extremely professional.
I certainly will be purchasing from this wonderful company again.

Amazing customer service …

The courier had delivered my packages to the wrong address, House of Isabella customer service team did not hesitate to send through a replacement within a matter of 24 hours. This was amazing customer service and going that extra mile for client satisfaction. Couldn’t recommend this vendor more. I received the initial order however and vases and flower stems were gorgeous too.

Thank you very much,I received a broken Mirrors and let House of Isabella know that i had received it in the broken state, they sent a link and within 24hrs had sent me an totally amazing solution. I have sent several emails to this company asking for an update on a dining room table I have paid for! . They simply don’t reply. I have written to both the sales team and information team. Very frustrating and concerning. To date I do not recommend this company,
