Terrible Support - Faulty Products

Terrible Support - I ordered 2 items from this shop - one arrived, one didn't and the other parts were damaged due to poor packaging. I emailed and tried the chat 3x to get an update and they couldn't help. Support said they would call the warehouse and were 'waiting for an answer' but they dont answer the phone. Basically it's a drop shipping outfit and there is no one there to help or assist. I can't get a refund directly and I'm stuck. I'm going to try to reverse charge it from my credit card company.

Dining Chairs far surpassing my expectations

I bought dining chairs from House of Isabella, sight unseen. You can’t imagine my absolute shock and joy when they arrived! They were so much better than expected with very high quality fabric and materials, and sturdy construction! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

I was sent a supposedly matching lamp…

I was sent a supposedly matching lamp to the one l’d recently bought. The second one arrived with a different size harp fitting and a different size and colour shade.
On complaint l was told very sorry, but nothing could be done. It was a discontinued line! l was offered and accepted a partial refund. But It’s been a headache that’s ended up costing way more than the original lamps themselves to get matching fittings and shades!

Good online store experience.

Bought some pendant lights through their online store. Found the store had a lot of variety and was easy to navigate. They exceeded my expectations with how quick they shipped.

Customer Service

I would like to have given 5 stars but the lack of a human to contact when things go wrong is a disappointing. I have ordered third item as what I purchased is so nice . I hope all goes well this time

The workmanship of these chairs was…

The workmanship of these chairs was inconsistent. Some better than others some bad requiring adjustments.chairs arrived in flat packs requiring a considerable amount of time and tools to put together.
After contact with the reseller a modest refund was provided.

Great Customer Service! Protection Policy Honored

I recently purchased a Sideboard from House of Isabella. While the initial delivery was a bit disappointing due to the item having a number of defects, I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. They promptly addressed the issues and honored their purchase protection policy. Thanks to their dedication to customer satisfaction, I have no doubt that I'll be a repeat customer in the future.
