Great to deal with!

House of Isabella were super easy to work with on the purchase of my light and it was received super quickly. On top of being easy to deal with it was the best price on offer for this beautiful light so a win all around.

Professional Prompt & Efficient

My order from purchasing to delivery was professional and efficient.
The table securely packed and received in perfect condition.
It was so easy to assemble. The hall table looks fresh and light in my entry area.

Great place to shop

I absolutely love my console table it’s the perfect size where I wanted it to go. Excellent quality would highly recommend this place when considering changing things in your home. Love the two small draws absolutely stunning console table. I have looked for one for so long this one was just perfect.

First time user

Products are in good condition. But the tracking of shipments is not user friendly. Especially for partial orders and trying to navigate through the platform of logistics company used. I come from a logistics background and delivery is a crucial part of the service for a full customer experience.

Amazing Company and fabulous Customer service and follow-up

I have nothing to say but great things about House of Isabella. I ordered a pot online and I was contacted soon after to let me know that the pots remaining in stock were not of a standard for sale and I was offered a refund or I could wait for the next shipment of pots. I elected to wait and now I have my lovely pot. Emma has amazing Customer Service skills. She is proactive and always kept me informed as to the status and progress of my Order. I did not inquire once in the period I was waiting because I felt confident that Emma was managing my Order and as a result she quickly built a strong customer service relationship with me and I had trust in her because she has high level people skills. Also, I understand that things don’t always go to plan and that can be out of the seller’s control initially too. With Emma managing customer queries, having those uncertainties dealt with quickly to reassure the customer is what Emma does best. The service I received from House of Isabella was and is second to none! Fabulous Company to deal with.

awful experience

Bought a mirror, when it arrived the box appeared ok, when opened a week later we discovered it was cracked, they said u didnt let us know the next day so we wont replace.
Disgraceful and illegal policys and total lack of service.

Don’t buy from house of isabella

Bought a chair online, it is damaged. Asked for replacement. It’s been a week and a half still no positive response. Never buy from them. They are not professional. Wasting our time.

Faulty item and no accountability

I ordered a dresser and paid over $1,700 for it at a sale price. When it finally arrived (almost 3 weeks after ordering) it had a dark, visible chip in the pale oak veneer. I explained this and asked for repair as I liked and wanted to keep the item.

Their response was immediately defensive and further images were requested including of all packaging and labelling. Sensing that they were seeking a way to avoid addressing the issue, I explained in detail with numerous photos that it was not the colour of the wood, the nature of the grain or a knot but rather a dark chip that you could feel with a concave indentation over the site.

They responded that the issue was a knot in the wood and regrettably they could not replace it.

So I have paid over $1,700 for a damaged dresser and they have simply washed their hands of any accountability.

Arrived damaged and they didn't care

Taking 3 weeks for my item to arrive, where l did all the chasing up it finally arrived with parts of the decorative part of the mirror broken. With only a $75 refund for the damage on a $800 mirror than even when glued it still looks broken. They never offered to replaced it, in this case l should of got all my money back. I shall never buy from Isabella again

Available and Quick

I bought this item to replace a identical item l in the home office. I was surprised it was available. I purchased this item on 6/9 and received it yesterday 12/9. I was surprised how quick it arrived, seeing the fact I lived in Darwin NT.

Just all round terrible company

Just all round terrible company. Want returns sent to WA when you bought the items in Sydney. Won’t give refunds even though the provided the incorrect measurements on their website. Expect you to pay for the return to WA too. Just crooks.

Much to like!

I researched for hours before buying from the House of Isabella. The negative reviews concerned me, but the competitive prices persuaded me to take a chance. I ordered five items.... and all arrived on time, beautifully packed, and in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The transportation costs were a little steep, but it's understandable: the goods were well-packed and my order needed someone to coordinate several different items. The overall experience was excellent. I'll be back!

Bad experience. Misleading advertising

Bad experience. Ordered online and item was listed as six of the items. The photo was of two different items, assumed I was getting both (3 of each). I got six of all the same items. Sought clarification and was told the listing was for 6 of the same item. I pointed out that it is misleading advertising. I also asked whether I could wrap three of the items for the other item I thought I was getting three of. They declined this option and advised I could order 6 of the other item I thought I was getting. I don’t want 6 of each (12 is too much). I asked if they could waive postage or allow me to pick up the other 6 if I was to order, given the ad was not clear. They also declined this. Will never order again and will be lodging a complaint with ACCC for misleading advertising. I have screen shots of the original ad if they change it in the meantime.

DONT BUY ANYHTING FROM THIS SITE!

DONT BUY ANYHTING FROM THIS SITE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SH!T! I bought an expensive coffee table that "retails for $3700+" and it was so cheaply made I contacted House Of Isabella requesting a full refund. Ayesha who has no clue about customer service didn't even acknowledge my request for a refund but instead outlined how the product matched the product description. Just the description failed to mention an almost $4000 coffee table was made in china, had plywood in the construction and was an "effect" finish instead of the actual material. Anyway took it straight to PayPal and the case closed in my favour. Now to buy a coffee table worthy of its price!

House of Isabella is the worse service I have recieved my nesting tables and one of the legs dont screw on however I have been waiting for my replacement product for over 7 days they haven't notified me if they will be replacing it or giving me a new product I had paid $370 for something that doesn't work

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! When I queried the outrageous shipping cost of 2 small lanterns, they conveniently told me the lanterns had sold out. Couldn’t give me the dimensions of the lanterns. A day later, their website was showing the lanterns in stock in large quantities. Do not buy from this business. There are other retailers who are selling the same products for less with free shipping.

They have now blocked me from their Instagram page because I left a comment on my experience with them. Buyer beware!
