I'd seen this same bed on other sites…

I'd seen this same bed on other sites and the price here was the best, delivery was very quick my only minor criticism was that it didn't come with a construction manual and I had to email to get one, but besides that I would definitely recommend them as seller's.

Was advised after purchasing that the lamps were not in stock even though the search was for only items that were in stock. I was then advised 2 weeks later the lamps were discontinued. Very disappointed. The staff as usual were very pleasant and the refund was approx 2 weeks from advice that the lamps were not available. Unfortunately now reluctant to purchase from site.

Your support needs work

Your support needs work. The lack of support tickets makes you seems like a fly by night company. When the order didn't arrive in 7 days and there was no communication I thought you had stolen my money. There product is stunning. Your lack of process is disturbing.

Vases and artificial flowers

I actually placed my order then looked at the reviews which I never do. I always check reviews first. I’m so glad I did because had I read the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered. I did order through PayPal so I had a little bit of protection. I also paid the purchase protection. The two vases I bought were smashed and I could tell as soon as the courier handed the boxes to me. I asked him to confirm they sounded broken then took a photo of the delivery driver and truck with the items. The pots were broken and I contacted House of Isabella within 15 minutes of delivery. I received a response within and hour and replacement vases arrived today. Two days later. I could not be happier with the service I received.

I ordered four chairs from outlet…

I ordered four chairs from outlet section. Whilst i knew that the chaira might have some scratches as it was previous return- one of the legs is totally broken. I only noticed it after a month as our table had not been delivered yet( with another company) and did not use chairs properly. BUT I DID INSPECT THE CHAIRS AFTER THEY ARRIVED- but due to distressed look of chairs- i did not see the crack hidden in the leg. if anyone sat on the chair- it could have ended really bad as the broken part was not noticeable at first look due to general distressed look of chairs, very disappointed.
I got in touch with their “live service” where someone called Eve repeated that i hvent reported it within 24 hours and that is it. Howto repeat 100 times that it was not easy to see? Even if it was, and even if there was no damage then- is it normal for a chair leg to get broken with wood clearly with lowest quality after 35 days without anyone sitting on it? Since when? And this company takes NO RESPONSIBILITY NO REPAIR NOTHING. So basically if you buy anything from this company and they turn out to be faulty or broken, they will do NOTHING

Very realistic

Pleased with realism. Didn’t appreciate they came pre-potted, but (with a bit of effort) was able to remove from pots. While I only wanted one plant, combining the 2 plants you have to buy, makes for a more lush / realistic look. One comment - a more economical postage option would be good.

Excellent Service and ProductI…

My compliments of the amazing service I received from House of Isabella. I ordered my light on Monday and I received it on Tuesday and it was shipped to regional Victoria! This never happens. The product was as described and even more beautiful in real life. Absolutely will continue to use this company again and again. A credit to all involved 😊
