I ordered from House of Lingerie on 6 August and have never received anything. I’ve emailed them three times and had no response. I don’t believe this is a real company. Do not use, it’s a scam.
I have placed an order on the 3th of April. I received a confirmationemail, but never heard from them again. So I tried contacting the customerservice by phone, they never pick up. Tried on various times / days. I send them an email on the 17th of April. A response did not come. So I send a reminder on the 26th of April in which I said I wanted to hear from them or otherwise I want my money back. I immediality received a response that they have already send me an email (which I never received, they didn't send a copy either), that my order was processed on the 17th of April and I should receive it by friday the 26th. Well, a week has passed and I still haven't got anything.
I tried reaching the customerservice again, by calling and emailing. Days have passed and I still haven't received a response, nor did my order arrive.
Now I have received the comment below, that I should check my email. Like I commented before I never got any email (also not in spam! I have checked that multiple times ofcourse before complainting to your helpdeks). Apparantely my order has been delivered to a pickup, without me being notied, as I put in my homeadress as a deliverypoint. I never received an email or message from UPS.
I understand HouseofLingerie cannot be blaimed for that, but you can for not communicating.
Anyway, I'm glad your customerservice does reply quickly and with full information when you post a negative review online. You suggest that I contact customerservice in the future, I did, over 10 times. By phone there is never anyone to answer it and it takes forever to get a respond on an email. So, thats why I put in a negative review. If you had responded to my various calls and emails I wouldn't have.
Thanks anyways, but unfortunately the way you communicate with your customers makes me that i would not recommend your store and I will hesitate to buy in the future.
I do understand you cannot be blaimed for the fact that UPS didn't try to deliver this at home and didn't leave a note. I bet others, who don't have to communicate with the helpdesk, don't feel this way about your store.

All of your responses show your attitude against customers. Is it weird for a customer to try to contact you about their order? I assume not? Is it weird a customer is displeased when the customerservice cannot be reached and they don't respond to the send requests? Your customerservice replied to my reminder of the first request (7 days went by) with: PLEASE READ OUR RESPOND FROM YESTERDAY!

I informed you I never received emails from UPS, and all you say is "but the facts are you have been send an email!"...... But if I didn't get them, how on earth can I know, without your customerservice informing me when I turn to you?
Again. If I was able to reach your customerservice and if they had responded to my requests I would have known about the UPS email problem and the package being dropped at a pickup point 2 weeks ago and I would be a satisfied customer! Now we have been frustrating eachother for nothing.
I understand you dislike my rating on trustpilot, but you only made it worse by your responds. No understanding on your side whatsoever.
No need to respond any further. Just take this in consideration when a future customer tries to contact you for help and information about his or her order, thats all I wanted :)

The order was delivered very quickly, the items were of excellent quality. Unfortunately I couldn't keep them because of a size issue and had to return them. First, the parcel didn't reach House of Lingerie because of a problem caused by DHL. I had to sent it a second time. In the whole process, the customer care took perfect care of my problem and replied quickly and in a very friendly manner. When the parcel had finally reached them, I got the refund quickly. I would absolutely order at House of Lingerie again and to my mind, especially the professional handling of problems makes a good customer service!
