Poor packaging and delivery expensive postage
The cost of postage was expensive £8. My husband and I were both at home but the driver made no effort to contact us. Consequently we had to collect parcel from the post office, which was damaged and open at both ends, even the post office had written on it damaged on acceptance. Corners of two of the tile sheets were unusable.

Great customer service
We were initially sent the wrong style of mosaic for one of the samples ordered. When I emailed to enquire, the company apologised and quickly sent out a replacement correct sample. When ordering our tiles from them, the transaction was easy and quick.
We bought our hob backsplash from here and I love it!
Would definitely shop here again.
