EMC tiles were a breath of fresh air compared to others. Great choice, excellent service and guidance (Jack and team), very professional and best of all = great value. There instilled a sense of confidence in my ability to lay the tiles, and it was a fairly easy task. Thank you for everything.

I needed around 13sqm of porcelain tiles for our new kitchen back in February. Daniel went above and beyond to sort me out a good price and get the pallet to me on time. I was so impressed I mentioned at the time I intended to leave a good review but life got in the way and I only just remembered so here it is... thanks again and look forward to placing another order on our next project!

Emc tiles Leicester bad customer service and dishonesty, They sold me extra tiles which I did not require and won't give me a refund on 3 unopened boxes worth £166, i have been ripped off by them, i have no use for and can't even sell. I spent over £1000 on tiles at this place and they can't refund me £166. I've shopped at many tile shops before and always returned extra unopened tiles without questions. This place using a batch code as an lame excuse which I've never experienced before. WON'T be buying from this place again for future projects.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this tile company based on my experience.

When I first visited, I was given a written quote and paid a deposit for tiles. Nothing changed in the order, yet when I returned, the price had suddenly increased by £400. This was not a minor error it was a significant jump with no valid explanation. I was shocked that they expected me to accept the new price, despite having the original amount in writing.

The staff I dealt with were not only unhelpful but incredibly rude. There was a complete lack of professionalism, and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable. The overall attitude from management was dismissive and, quite frankly, left me questioning whether indirect discrimination played a role in how I was treated. The difference in how I was spoken to compared to others was impossible to ignore.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. It’s not just about the money it’s about integrity, honesty, and respect. None of which I found here.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My review reflects my personal experience and opinion of the service I received. I stand by it as an honest account. I appreciate your right to disagree, but this is my genuine perspective as a customer.

I cant recommend the Loughborough branch highly enough. Their range of tiles outstripped the big warehouses, but more importantly, so did their customer service. In particular Lewis.
His product knowledge and helpfulness was oustanding.
I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

EMC Tiles had so many different tiles it’s hard to choose. I went with the grey slate brick size. Originally the grout matched the tile which when finished looked an insipid. Old grout removed and it looks so much better with dark grey grout.
The lady at the till ( sorry can’t remember her name) was so helpful, let me take so many different tiles to try.
Customer service was second to none.

Tiles are not as described. Although they opened boxes to look at others in the batch, and they are obviously not right as a batch, there was no offer to take them back and refund my money.
Not particularly helpful. Went into Cambridge where another tile company were extremely helpful. Best not to buy tiles online in my opinion.
Full refund so thanks for being reasonable.

I paid lots of visits to EMC in Nottingham and the staff were so helpful I award them 11 out of 10 for their patience n helping me to choose the right tiles for my new bathroom. I finally made a choice with their help and ordered them before I changed my mind once again. The tiles were put on one side until I let them know when I wanted them delivered. This was all so easy. My bathroom looks absolutely fabulous and I am 100% happy with the beautiful tiles. There were 3 boxes left over and returning them and getting a refund was so easy too. Thank you everyone who works there, both on the frontline and in the background, for the excellent service.

Ally was brilliant, helpful and lovely to speak to, she suggested choices we hadn't thought of and we took her advice on board and came away really satisfied with our choices.

I always forget to leave reviews but I had to give EMC the credit they deserve. I’ve been ordering a lot of house renovation materials and the customer service from EMC was the best by far. Louise made my life much easier with great product knowledge and lightning-fast service. The tiles arrived exactly when stated and are absolutely perfect. Great prices too.

Ali and John were very accommodating when I raced in at last minute to collect an order. John gave me good advice on spacers, group and adhesive.

Also other staff gave good advice on cutting tools. A lovely experience.

Bought wall tiles locally from a 'bespoke' supplier and decided I wanted some border tiles to match but my colour was the only one they didn't list. After waiting ages for them to get a response from European manufacturer was told they couldn't source the borders! Searched the internet and came across EMC who were more than helpful and dealt with same manufacturer. After establishing we were talking about same colour (tiles had been branded by my local supplier but EMC sent me free sample to check colour match) EMC managed to establish manufacturer had stock and duly ordered from them and now have the borders - something my local supplier seemed unable to do! Wish I had known about EMC earlier as could of bought the tiles at a better price and also the borders were similarly cheaper. Very good service from EMC.

On recommendation we visited EMC in Derby, Liam helped us and apart from his patience he helped us decide and worked with our requirements to get us exactly what we needed. We had spent literally weeks searching and within an hour had chosen, paid and were on our way. Lots of choice, great prices and outstanding customer service means a lot and the finished job looks fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough and if you want advice you would be hard pressed to find a better person to help than Liam, his help alone is worth 5 stars.

My first experience of Emc has been effortless.
The staff are amazing and have helped me through this whole process starting with selecting tiles to ensuring we had everything we needed for underfloor heating.
Special mention to Louise who helped me enormously throughout this process.
I would recommend using this company.

Bought our tiles for our new home.
The service was outstanding. The lady Lynn couldn’t do enough for us and we took all the measurements and she help us choose from start to finish.
We ended up buying our tiles for the bathroom, en-suite, kitchen floor and our two front halls.
Lynn sorted out the carrier to bring them to our house.

Ordered some Fuga eco soap and paid for next day delivery at a high cost. Next day item did not arrive as parcel was not collected as they said it would . Louise told me they was collecting same day as I ordered in the the morning. She refused to refund me the the extra postage I paid. Unreliable company to deal with so will not be dealing with them again. It’s a big NO from me. If you can’t stick to your word EMC then don’t take orders if you can’t deliver as discussed. No it did not arrive as you say in the allotted time. So a white lie there EMC. your assistant promised me next day delivery . She never mentioned 48hrs. It obviously your all liars who cover each others back. My order was placed in the morning and she said they would collect same day with ordering early. Please don’t try to cover this up. Keep the money as it’s not about this now. Your a dishonest company is what I’m saying that all.

What a great experience I had today. With fantastic help from Becky I found tiles exactly what I wanted. She made my shopping worthwhile. Will be coming back soon. Thank you again Becky.
