Great communication and service. Will use again if needed

We wanted to select some tiles for our kitchen. I underestimated the choices available and the decisions that needed to be made, however Kane was very helpful in dealing with my questions and concerns. Thanks to Kane I chose to purchase the tiles from EMC and then dealt with Liam who was equally helpful, in particular in acquiring the required amount prior to the job. The store has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and the staff were excellent. I can highly recommend EMC. The quality/value for money of the product is excellent and the customer service especially from Kane and Liam was fabulous.

I am very happy with the tiles that I ordered. They look exactly like in the picture and gave my bathroom that luxury feel. The delivery was prompt too. Definitely recommend!

There are always some broken tiles.
Not necessary to put 2 boxes of tiles on a pallet.

Brought Rubi electric tile cutter as picture on website indicates comes with carrying case. Description is misleading as it dosent state context such as comes with blade etc. after receiving wrong item called company twice both times promised they will call back but still waiting. Really poor service, an acknowledgment would’ve resolved the matter. Advise anyone not to order from this company.

This tile firm are brilliant. I dealt recently with EMC tiles in Derby - the showroom is really well laid out, no hassle environment, and the staff are really helpful. In particular I received excellent customer service from a staff member called Liam who was really helpful with ordering and refunding excess items with quick communication throughout. All was conducted in a friendly and timely way and the pricing was really reasonable. Try this place first if you are looking for tiles and an excellent all round experience. The tiles look fantastic too!

I very rarely leave reviews but thought my experience with emc tiles and in particular Tyler Sharp warranted a quick write up.

I’ll start with the fantastic customer service I received throughout the process from ordering a sample to delivery of 30sqm of tile all the way to Liverpool. I dealt with Tyler Sharp and he was brilliant, always in contact with me, giving useful advice when needed and being very responsive to any queries I had. Not often you get customer service like this. Thank you very much Tyler!

Finally, they also couldn’t be beaten on price, I searched everywhere for the tile and emc were cheapest by far - plus free delivery! Thank you emc!

Needed tiles for an extension to match those in the existing kitchen. Got them from EMC tiles for £400 less than the quote given by the local place we got the kitchen tiles from. Delivery was fast and the tiles arrived well packaged and all in tact. Customer service team was quick to answer my questions and overall I am really pleased with the service, and have saved a lot of money.
