Exceptional service and very personal from start to finish, we got a fantastic deal on our porcelain floor tiles and the team were incredibly helpful throughout. Great experience and would definitely recommend and use again.

Needed some quality ceramic tiles to floor our new House…
Needed some quality ceramic tiles for the ground floor of our new house which is still being built being built. The Builder's offering was Porcelanosa at vast expense - their tiles are excellent but HUGELY expensive, and their Customer Support is truly dreadful to non-existent.
EMC at Loughborough gave great and helpful advice, several free samples and the prices were VERY much more realistic.
Found the perfect ceramic tile which was virtually indistinguishable from Porcelanosa at a third of their prices.
Paid for them and EMC will store until required and then deliver free to the new house for our tilers to fit.
Excellent service and prices - can wholeheartedly recommend.

Slick collection process
We went to the showroom one Saturday and we're amazed how big a choice of tiles they've managed to cram into the building. We picked up a sample, which we loved when we got home, ordered online and collected the following Saturday. It was a really smooth process.

Great service
Great service, got a call to let me know when delivery would be, and it arrived when they said it would.
As far as I can tell, its all fine, we will know once the tiles are fitted.

Visited the showroom - lots to see - staff were very helpfull. Ordered sample tiles online to enable me to get an idea what they might look like at home.
