Dealt with Lewis McMillan for choice of tiles
Dealt with Lewis McMillan at loughborough branch and found him extremely helpful and had a good grasp of EMC products. We had spent a significant amount of time trying to match up floor tiles with new cupboards.initially tried a few competitors but eventually and with Lewis’s help the job was done in a matter of an hour or so. Customer service was excellent both from the company and particularly Lewis himself.
Well done and we will use you again next time we need to buy.

Very good all round
I rang emctiles with a query about the tiles I wanted to order. I spoke to a very helpful person who replied promptly and my tiles arrived super quickly. Very pleased with the service, very pleased with my tiles. It's not the first time I have used emctiles and I would certainly use them again.

I have always had great service from Emc, that’s why I give 5 stars, BUT why are you asking me to rate your service when (-1-) where is my order?( -2- )you haven’t emailed me to inform me that my order is ready for collection ?? I think your jumping the gun as they say.

Great range of tiles
Been looking for a particular type of tile for a garden wall. The sales guy was incredibly helpful and when I needed more of the same tiles, I ordered online and was able to pick them up very quickly. Really impressed by the service.

Unfortunately, we can't take the blame for delivering to the wrong numbered house; this would be the fault of the delivery person as we can clearly see the delivery address you gave us and the address label is printed from this. We even passed on the note that you made when placing the order. Sometimes errors are made and maybe on this occasion, the delivery person didn't have their glasses on. We hope this doesn't happen again.
