Fast response, but the tile sample was broken when I received it because there is no wrapping and protection inside the bubble envelop.

Great kitchen tiles
Ordered tiles on line and they arrived in a week. Excellent service and modern tiles of all sorts. Had to check if tiles had arrived as they don’t tell you they’re in. Otherwise very pleased.

Tiles ordered online
Tiles ordered online, which have now arrived in good order.
There was a big delay between order placement and actual email confirmation. I then received no communication regarding delivery , nor any tracking. The tiles turned up the next week with no warning and thankfully I was in to accept the goods.
Overall a quick process, but would have appreciated more communication.

After looking into your order we can see that you placed the order and the goods where then shipped out the following day, oof which a confirmation email was sent to you at 4.25pm on the 20th April. We couldn't comment on why you never received this, it might have gone into your spam. From reading the email you would have details of your delivery, and peace of mind your order was on it's way. Unfortunately, we can't offer tracking at the moment from our courier.

Excellent all round
Excellent all round. We had a quote from Versatile who recommended EMC as he had a trade account that would get us a nice discount. We visited the showroom, bought a sample, ordered everything with Nathan over the phone, who was really helpful. Very pleased with our kitchen tiles and the service / price we had along the way. I doubt we'd look anywhere else next time.

Misleading delivery time.
Ordered on 13th March. Website said 2-5 days delivery. I rand after 5 days and was told EMC would not be taking delivery of the tiles until 31st March and would take a week to deliver to site. Had I known, I would not have ordered. Still, EMC have got my money, so that's alright then.

Customer service at its best
We recently visited EMC tiles in Nottingham in order to sort out our bathroom wall tile conundrum. We were lucky enough to be served by Nathan who was immediately welcoming and friendly. We explained the sort of thing we were looking for and Nathan even helped me carry our other (large) sample tiles around the showroom….very helpful! He was full of ideas and I was impressed with his product knowledge, he showed us a number of possibilities and helped us to match grout & trim colours. I particularly liked that he seemed genuinely interested in our bathroom design and wanted to ensure we made the best choice. We have made a couple of subsequent visits and Nathan has been just as friendly & helpful each time. He is a credit to EMC and I would not hesitate to deal with him on any future projects.

Nottingham Branch Customer Service at its best!
We have been a customer for a number of years at your Nottingham branch and have always had good service from your sales and warehouse staff. Today however I just have to write to thank your colleagues for their assistance in our latest purchase of porcelain tiles for our new patio.
I won’t bore you with the details, but in brief we had purchased a number of samples from which to make our choice. We settled on one colour from the Azuma range but unfortunately the markings I had made to identify each colour had washed off!
Returning these tiles, checking which was the one we had selected involved both your sales room staff, Tyler, Craig a new hire and the manageress, and also the warehouse staff finding a box of samples as the swatches in the showroom display were not labelled. Add to this the name of the tile had changed and you can imagine the fun we had!.
All involved showed great patience, initiative and attention to detail which was beyond exemplary.
Needless to say, I went away having placed the order and feeling very relaxed about our project.
