I have used emc tiles a few times and going back a long while too. They are consistently good what what they do. Tile selection is large enough of good quality tiles and pricing is fine when compared to other high street outlets. Difference is service. Its a more one to one based service which I appreciate. On my latest visit this weekend, Nathan as always was really good at talking through options and putting together my order. No pressure just went through all our requirements with not time pressure. Thanks Nathan.

Went in to the Nottingham EMC about two weeks ago.And we saw some tiles for the wall for the bathroom and we didn’t know what to go with for the floor tiles for the bath room.Then a top man came over called Nathan who works there and he set use in the right path. Wh have now ordered all the tiles with the great help of Nathan thank you 5 stars

Had a great experience purchasing tiles at EMC for my new bathroom. Dealt with an extremely helpful gentleman named Tyler who didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back for the new kitchen !

All the way along the process of looking at tiles and grout options, sizing up the job, seeking advice from the sales department and delivery/collection I can honestly say each and every member of staff at the Nottingham branch has been extremely helpful, polite and know their area of expertise. We have had such a positive experience in what at first seemed a very daunting task of home improvements and will most definitely be returning to EMC Tiles, Nottingham to continue with the home improvements. The tiles look amazing in our home! Thank you!

I recently made three visits to EMC in Derby to find bathroom floor and wall tiles. I found the staff very helpful, patient, friendly but not in the least ‘pushy’ Louise, exceptionally so, even taking the trouble to charge my mobile phone for me when I suddenly found the battery very low. I was welcome to take samples to look at in my home, with no request for payment as is usually required.
EMC stock a good range of quality tiles at competitive prices and offer a wider range to order and for future projects, they will definitely be my first ‘port of call’

I went to the showroom following on from ordering some tile samples. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and happy to spend time discussing options with me.

EMC tiles offer a showroom that offers excellent choice and a super sales support team.
We have not had any technical or project experience and Sharon and Nathan offered thoughtful responses from the team.
Both helped our confidence to progress and make decisions.

The best range and quality of tiles we have come across in Nottingham. Nathan was brilliant with his product knowledge and advice. No hard sell and listened to our requirements. He ordered samples for us and was patient during our several visits. Great asset to your company. Can’t wait to see the kitchen and bathrooms completed.

Came into your showroom after speaking to Nathan on the phone and reserving floor tiles for our new home. Found Nathan very helpful, knowledgeable and well mannered and on the ball with other customers that we’re waiting in which he alerted another staff member that wasn’t busy to help. He is real credit to your company we have been really pleased with all the tiles we have previously brought from EMC.
Only one small grip please could there be some stirrers for the coffee and tea machine. Nice clean customer toilets.😊

We were so pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, there knowledge of the products, and quality of the products. We went into the showroom not really knowing what we wanted for our kitchen walls/floor and cloakroom toilet. They were so patient with us and they gave us some fabulous ideas.
