Great value and even better customer service
I was recommended EMC tiles and could not have been more delighted. Their customer service os superb and I love their range of tiles which are very competitively priced. Brilliant all round
Nathan from the Nottingham showroom has been brilliant in helping us choose the tiles for our kitchen and downstairs WC. I have been very indecisive around sizing and style but nothing was ever too much and he was happy to talk the decisions through with a friendly and professional attitude.
The showroom itself is lovely displaying a large range of tiles and also well stocked for quick pick up.

Excellent service, well I would hope so as the postage was v expensive. However I received the wrong item. Spoke with someone in Customer Service who seemed very helpful, so I'm hoping this will be resolved soon.

Only small order from me but...
Only small order from me, however it was easy to order with a clear summary of fees etc. The product I ordered was unavailable anywhere else, so glad I found it with EMC. Also they kept me up to date at all times even though the order was small, so very impressed by their communication. I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

Hello Angel. Thank you for contacting us. I'm afraid after looking through our system we don't have any orders that have been processed under the name Angel. Our cut tile samples are sent via standard post and should be received in 2-5 working days of being processed therefore, your samples would not arrive Saturday as you thought but could arrive by Tuesday this week.
New showroom at Leicester
The new showroom at Leicester is nice and spacious. The staff are really helpful. Always happy to answer queries, check stock and arrange specimens. Price is competitive. The collection is extensive. The trade counter guys were also nice. I have placed an online order for a Devireg thermostat which was in stock. The guys notified me as soon as it was available.
Always our first stop for tiles.

Just a small criticism
Just a small criticism, there was no email informing me of the delivery date or time so they turned up completely unexpectedly. Also as our driveway is gravel it was difficult to manipulate the pallet to a position which was more suitable to where it now lies. Might be an idea to let customers know that if the driveway is gravel that it will be a problem placing the pallet in a suitable position.
