Extremely rude
Extremely rude, man behind the counter told me to wait until he was finished on the computer to be served. Clearly don't want customers. If it wasn't for the girl coming to serve me looking very confused I would have been waiting a long time. On the plus side wines were very nice but I won't be returning to the shop.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. Was told that it was delayed - consignment number 50487. There was one delivery attempt made and it wasn’t left at the house. The second delivery date gave I waited in all day and it didn’t show up, only to be told the delivery was delayed. It had been 10 days..

Excellent customer service.
The very helpful lad in the office called to discuss some items which were out of stock. He was very knowledgeable and spend some time agreeing suitable replacements with my wife. He also arranged for a quick turnaround in the warehouse which meant everything was available for an early pickup which was much appreciated.

Perfect Haut Medoc magnums for Christmas
Really good website with great notes and explanations so I could really compare and contrast with other suppliers. Couldn't find anywhere that came close to providing such a great Haut Medoc in Magnum size for Christmas (3 actually!). The Semonlon was perfect and I will be ordering again - I suspect before next Christmas!

Markedly disappointed
I ordered and paid ( extra ) for champagne in a gift box. There was no gift box . When I telephoned and raised the issue I was informed that someone would phone me back and if no box could separately be sent, receive a refund. Noone ever phoned me back and there has been no intimation of a refund. Not great service in my view
