A very responsive online support team
Despite experiencing some teething issues with the online purchasing experience (very much to do with the COVID-19 impact on the business) I am really happy with the responsive team at House of Vapes. A refund was offered and corrective measures put in place to ensure other customers will have a much improved experience. I have no reservations with using the H.o.V. website again.

A huge shout out to Aaron! Thank you for your assistance today helping me pick the right juice! During this covid madness I got caught completely off guard and didn't realise that I had run dangerously low on juice. I wondered if anywhere did a local vape juice delivery service like Deliveroo or Uber Eats. I googled same day vape delivery and House of Vapes came up. I was in a slight panic and was checking what juice they had on offer. For me some of the brands on offer I had not tried before and/or even heard of before. One I did see and like (Decoded) was on the list but sadly they did not have it in stock for my strength. Using the Website chat feature I spoke to Aaron to see if I could get some help. Aaron was very patient and understanding. Aaron checked what was in stock for me local to my area to make sure it was available for same day delivery which is how I found out Decoded wasn't available. As I wasn't sure what juice to go for Aaron gave me some suggestions based my descriptions. After telling him my dislikes and likes Aaron would make a suggestion to which I would follow up with a more in-depth question about the flavor like the depth, sweetness, high and low taste notes, etc. I can only imagine through text this isn't as easy as face to face but the suggestions Arron made in the end did make me feel quite confident that what I ordered would be flavors and brand that I will like. I ended up ordering both of the final suggestions and I also ordered a random mystery juice as a thank you because without Aarons help today that would have been exactly what I would have done and I might not of liked the end result. That being said I could have gone with familiar flavors like I did with the mystery juice to play it safe. I do like to try new brands and flavor combinations within my preference range and having someone confirm what you might expect does help narrow down that selection to an overall better choice and vape overall, especially with the current situation and "try" vapes out is not the most ideal situation at the moment. Thanks again dude!

Saved by HoV: Ran out of juice just before Easter bank hol during COVID-19 lockdown!!
Realised I had no RELX capsules left late Thursday night before the Easter bank holiday. No where else had any options, especially with COVID-19 lockdown, but House of Vapes were still open and delivering same day in London over the Friday. Would have been a long bank holiday had they not sent them so quickly :))
