Martin was exceptional
Martin was exceptional! Since we are in quarantine he was really helpful and patient and gave me a call with the website to instruct me how I should work the e-cig ( I am really not used to it). Martin really went above and beyond to help me get things to work and I really appreciated his help and clear instructions. I will definitely be using the chat service again if i ever need it, especially if held by such professional help like Martin.

Outstanding customer service
I’ve been a customer for 4+ years ordering occasionally online and popping into the Shoreditch branch every few weeks. The service is always outstanding.
However, as a special mention I had the pleasure of speaking with Jenny before the Bank Holiday weekend and she went above and beyond with her customer service. Here’s why.
I had placed an order on Thursday via 1st Class Royal Mail. Jenny called me twice and left a VM saying my order would arrive in two batches and one items was out of stock. I didn’t realise that my order wasn’t going to make it until Tuesday (because of the long weekend). So, I was left on Friday with no liquid, and my one and only coil was completely burnt out.
PANIC set in, which in grand scheme of all that’s going on - lockdown, virus, people ill, and so on my vape issue really had and has little significance. However the thought of an entire long weekend without my Lone Cowboy just couldn’t happen.
At 4pm on Friday, I tried to order something on Amazon with Prime, nothing. I visited the House of Vapes website again and tried to order my coils, out of stock! Jenny happened to be on the Chat Bot so I asked what can I do? She was a superstar. She figured out a coil that would work with my mod. I placed the order plus a bottle of liquid, and she threw in another one from my previous order that was out of stock.
My order arrived via Gophr from order to delivery in less than 45 mins.
Thank you Jenny so much for your brilliant customer service. You made the sun shine a little brighter for me this past weekend ;)
Oh and p.s. you deserve a raise, or at least a really expensive bottle of champagne from your manager ;)
