The best in town, super-fast online
I had a fantastic experience with House of Vape, both in the shop and online. Super customer service and highly-responsive support and info service. I ordered items online and I got them not more than 24 hours later, despite the current time. Great products, brilliant quality. Really recommended!

Poor customer service
This was my second vape purchase from house of vapes in 3 years. I wished to upgrade and I purchased a SkySolo. The product I bought online was the last one - and funny enough, it turned out to be faulty. I spoke to a lovely lady who guided me to use it differently but I reverted back to her advising that the fault of the vape remains. I asked for a prepaid envelope to be sent (which she only offered at the beginning noting Covid-19) to try and test and refund me my money. Obviously, as I sought refund that envelope never came and I'm stuck with a faulty vape and ave wasted time and money.

I cannot rate House of Vapes highly enough!!This morning I was sitting with my broken Vape not knowing what to do when I came across this little gem! From the online chat which was outstanding, professional and so attentive - thank you Aaron and Cris to the brilliant, flexible and very helpful customer service - thank you Jenny, I could not have been more looked after. The constant updates and fantastic courier - service - thank you Rod, meant that by early afternoon I had everything I needed.
