I ordered a worktop and some shelves to make my study space and they were exactly as I expected. Delivery was quick, the wood is beautiful. The worktop was a little chipped on one edge of the bottom side but I don’t mind as it won’t be visible.

Very pleasant people. Been on the chat and email with them and always had a great experience. Spoke with someone called Ramya this morning and they have gone above and beyond to help me get my order quickly. Very much appreciated.

Not the cheapest but competitive pricing .
Delivery times were very good , (48hours)
Tracking of delivery was excellent and spot on time .

Ordered prime oak work tops all the finger joints were poor quality, splits and chunks out the finished edges, complained and new one sent out, which where equally has bad, avoid this company very poor quality.

I ordered some samples so that I could decide on the right worktop for my kitchen. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery, the first parcel was lost, the second one was sent to the wrong place (very poor service from DX Express) however the customer service in getting my problem resolved was amazing. When the samples finally arrived. I was very impressed with quality of them, so will be placing an order for worktops very soon.
The company even offered to send me more samples via a different courier, that’s the level of service they provide.

This firm is friendly and approachable and easy to deal with. When I had a delivery problem, without hesitation they sorted it out and worked with me to get my new countertop delivered. I love the countertop. They have the best selection of sizes too from any other firm out there. They also do not add 'add ons' but include everything in one price. I will come back to them in the future.

Excellent service, the samples are outstanding, I will certainly be ordering worktops from House of Worktops and will likely be a repetitive customer.

I have just had a delivery of full stave Oak worktops from this worktop company. I found the service first class and hassle free. The delivery driver( Milen) and his mate delivery at 8 am in Gloucestershire after driving from London. They were very polite and left the heavy worktops exactly where I wanted them. I would certainly recommend this company to both trade and domestic customers. Kevin.

I requested some samples and received within 2days, well presented and whilst not yet decided we are likely to use H of worktops

Really helpful person readily available by telephone who answered all my questions and gave advice. Fully understood what I was looking for. Fast efficient service and delivery. I would have given 5 stars but was expensive as I had no option but to purchase whole piece, have my specific piece cut and it was delivered with 2 large offcuts which I don't want but have paid for.

Only ordered samples at this point but quality and price is reasonable and delivery very prompt!!

Quality of worktop is very good. Although there was an initial error in the delivery, I was delighted with the very quick response after I had phoned about the oversight. No quibble, instant correction and a very speedy delivery of the missing item.
