Very pleased

Very pleased with my new island worktop. The first one that came was damaged but I emailed which they responded to promptly. They sent a new worktop out the following weeks which it now installed and looks perfect. Great value, communication and product!

I love the Beige Gold compact

I love the Beige Gold compact. Unfortunately no-one asked me whether I wanted the offcuts and we missed a small area. Ellie really helped, she went above and beyond however the courier company they chose still haven't delivered the items required\requested since Thursday. I understood I would receive the additional items immediately as did House of Worktops as an email was sent asking for my feedback. DX probably do not operate over weekends or Bank Holidays and the nearest date DX offered me is Wednesday, 6 May. Hence my 4* review.

Very good service

Customer service and the support from the fabrication team preparing the CAD drawings was very good. Would recommend HoW highly.
Delivery team were very polite and punctual.

We needed a bigger kitchen table but...

We needed a bigger kitchen table, and I'm not practical, so used the configurator, got a circle one end, and rectangle the other end, got delivered within a week, and literally slotted in perfect like I was a professional!! Notifications all through the process were really clear and easy too. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to others
