Booking and acknowledgement was swift - questions answered same day. Check-in and out personalized to demands. Deposit returned after quick inspection. Apartment as per disciption and fairly clean. All in all we got what we expected and hoped for

We booked through House Trip and found out a couple of weeks later the apartment had been cancelled. No panic! They took care of everything. From new recommendations to money refund and did not leave me alone until the day of the trip!

Really good service!

Our trip to Paris was fabulous, We had a great host and our apartment was just as we had imagined. Everything was clean and very well equipped. The apartment is also very close to many different cafes and just a few minutes away from one of many bus stops, I give a suggestion to use the open road to the town center instead of your own car while driving in Paris is much more risky. I cannot say that I did not like anything while I was there, only that was the time too short. My girlfriend and I we both had a lot of fun and we are looking forward to our next trip.

Unsere Reise nach Paris war fabelhaft, Unsere Gastgeber war tolle und unsere Wohnung war genauso als wir uns vorgestellt haben. alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr nah an viele verschiedenes Cafés und nur ein paar Minuten weg von einen von vielen Bushaltestellen, Ich gebe ein Vorschlag den offene Verkehr zum Stadt Zentrum zu benutzen statt deine eigene Auto weile fahren in Paris ist viel riskant. Ich kann fast garnicht sagen das mir nicht gut gefallen ist weile ich da war, nur das die Zeit zu kurz war. Meine Freundin und ich wir haben uns viel Spaß gehabt und wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise.

The booking process and communication was quite good and quick. The communication with appartement owner was arranged well after booking.
The price was changed/generated automatically with IP-address with higher price at booking time when time is needed for moment to think about the offert or searching on for other offerts or information giving people tge feeling being deceived with the price before booking (my personal feeling)

Very easy to book and pay. The communication is great and you always have a secure feeling about the payment. Thanks to the reviews, you can appreciate the good host. The apartments are clean and match the photos.

There was a good exchange between Housetrip, the provider of the apartment and me. I even got a text message on the day of the arrival with the number of the provider and a hotline of Housetrip in case in needed it.

It was a good experience, I think we will use House Trip often.

Our first experience with House Trip has been good. Beware of the cancellation policy though! Restitution of deposits is minimal, I couldn't help but notice, even when cancelling well ahead of time. Luckily our trip went ahead as planned.
We were sent a mail with contact details a few weeks before, which was helpful considering our busy lives.
