Premium plans are a scam, do not buy.
The customer service is worst in the industry, they will close your tickets within 24 hours without addressing any of the concerns.
The relationship manager are uneducated and do not know how to talk. This is not limited to 1 RM, I got my relationship manager changed but they were extremely rude and were not available to help.

I bought their Super Assist plan to rent out my property, do not fall for massive discounts, they will take your money and not care for you after that. It has been more than 1 month and not a single lead is provided, my broker got me 5 visits in the same time.

Worst customer service, negligent behavior from management and absolute scam by sales team. Be aware

Worst experience ever, first they offer you discount and chase you to get a plan, once you pay and get the plan that they recommended, they start calling you saying the customers cannot see your ad unless you get a higher premium plan and ask for extra money. They claim otherwise what you paid goes waste, they basically take your money and harass you to keep paying more.in my case they didn’t provide any service but made many calls demanding more money. They refused to give me a refund also, just outright frauds. I will never ever recommend this to anyone ever.

Housing.com is a froud plateform, I have falled into their trap. They asked me Rs.2500/- for their premium plan but after deposit no plan was activated till date, There is no mean of activation as whole site is froud. Their owner Rahul email id is fake. please dont trust on this site and dont pay any money. They will send froud link and ask otp to hack your mobile. please beware this site

I had take subscription in the site for getting contact of a consumer and it seems to be not working. And I really feel like it's a fraud owner as I'm from Kerala and was looking at a flat in Kakkanad, kerala. And owner number seems to be from some other state

I don't know how these idiots got my email address because I DON'T live in India and NEVER visited their website but I receive emails from their alerts email EVERY DAY. Their customer support has asked ME to solve the problem because I am not a customer - I cannot express how much I hate these people.

I purchased Housing.com's Relax Plan thinking it would give me professional support and faster property search results — but what I got was nothing but frustration, false promises, and a refusal to refund.

No Relevant Properties Provided
Despite filling in my preferences clearly, I was either shown irrelevant listings or no listings at all. The entire purpose of the plan was to get customized options — which never happened.

“Dedicated Relationship Manager” is a Joke
They promised personal assistance — but I never got a call with any real help. When they did call, it felt more like a formality. No understanding of what I wanted, no follow-ups, no accountability.

No Value for Money
I paid for a premium service, expecting some real-time coordination and priority service. Instead, it felt like I was just thrown into the same pool as free users, with no advantage whatsoever.

Refund Policy = Trap
When I raised a refund request, they flatly denied it, saying refunds aren’t part of the plan. There was no transparency at the time of purchase, and now they’re hiding behind vague terms and conditions.

Customer Support = Robotic Responses
Every email or query was answered with a copy-paste response. No human-level support, no resolution effort, just standard lines saying “We regret the inconvenience.” No one actually cares.

I regret trusting Housing.com with my money. Their Relax Plan is a complete scam and does not deliver on any of its promises. I lost both time and money.

Avoid any paid service from Housing.com. Use only free listings and stay away from upsells — they’re not worth it.

The only updates ever provided by Aarti were that she took three weekly offs and that the team was "on the lookout for properties," which is the exact service the subscription was meant to provide. It is clear that Aarti's lack of professional conduct and communication was a direct contributor to the failure of the service. For any customer assigned to Aarti, it would be wise to consider their money already wasted.

This sequence of events—a failure to deliver on a core guarantee, followed by a premature termination of services and a demand for a renewal fee—raises serious concerns about the company's ethical conduct. It is a classic example of a "bait and switch" where customers are lured by a false promise and then charged repeatedly without the original service ever being rendered.Housing.com's business model appears to be designed to extract subscription fees under false pretenses rather than to genuinely assist customers in finding properties.

Housing.com is nothing less than a fraud platform. The moment you visit their website, one of their so-called “customer care executives” immediately calls you and tries to aggressively push you into taking one of their paid plans. Once you make the payment, they provide you with a personal number of a supposed owner/agent — but the number never connects or is never picked up.

Almost all the listings shown on their site are fake or misleading. The entire setup looks like a scam designed to trap genuine buyers and tenants. There is no accountability, no proper customer support, and no transparency in their process.

This platform is completely unreliable and should be avoided. Be very cautious before sharing your personal information or making any payment.

After seeing all these reviews here, I decided not to take their any plans. I noticed fake calls for my ad. No genuine buyers.

They are fraud and only give fake and false promises.
Once amount is received they change the RM and you are then all by yourself

I had high expectations from Housing.com based on the marketing and interface, but my experience has been frustrating.

First, the listings are often outdated or inaccurate. I contacted multiple agents through the platform only to find that the properties were either already rented or not as described. This wasted a lot of time and effort.

Second, the customer support is unresponsive. I tried reaching out regarding a fake listing, and it took days to get a reply—and even then, it was just a generic response with no resolution.

Also, the site shows a lot of promotional ads and sponsored listings, making it hard to find genuine properties. The filter options are limited and don’t always work correctly, especially on mobile.

They are totally fake company. Their leads are fake. I took their premium plan, got 39 leads but not a single call. All are fake leads. It’s just a scam.

I suggest every one never use this platform this is fake, I took their plan of 75 Properties and not a single property was worth to see.
Do not trust sales executive and i do not think they will refund money.

This app and its so-called premium services are a total scam. All the good properties are snatched up by brokers, and premium users get nothing in return. They blatantly lie and mislead people just to sell useless subscriptions. Don’t waste a single rupee on their garbage — it’s nothing but a money trap.”

❌ Worst experience with Housing.com! ❌ I paid ₹1169 on 2nd July 2025 (UTR: 339471555206) for verified rental service. The agent promised I will get a flatin 2 days. But it's been 9+ days and I have received nothing. Strongly NOT recommended. Be careful before paying anything.The owner contact number provided was fake, and now they are saying my budget is low, which was never mentioned before payment. This is pure fraud and mis-selling. I feel cheated. No refund. No room. No proper support.

Absolute scam of an app. Their reps will try to sell you their premium plans, I bought one with a RM who was supposed to make calls and arrange properties according to my requirement. She disappeared as soon as she was assigned, no response or replies for days. Then when you ask to escalate the matter they will say ok but again ignore you. They silently changed my RM and new one also didn't respond, i had to eventually get a broker myself and find a flat. No matter what you do, don't buy their premium plans, it's an absolute scam
