They are terrible have 0 costumer service. One of the places we booked had absolutely no ac (for the whole duration of the trip) and this was the summer in Nice, France around 90 out. Also we had 8 girls so it was quite an expensive stay. All 8 of us had to sleep on the ground downstairs because the upstairs rooms were barely breathable. I was promised a refund or at least a compensation and booking.com did nothing, not even a respond to multiple emails for weeks. They are a fraud company in India that just wants your money. 0 customer service. Absolutely terrible and disgusting company.

It's a fraud. Worst experience today. I have made payment of 1417 rupees today. They misguide the customer in their website by not displaying the details at first sight.
And then charged more by calling the customer.

In the inbox there is no messages regarding my payment. Where did the money accounted for???????

Now they might reply in my review that I have not paid anything. Your name is not there. My profile is showing different name. I can not change my profile name due their fraud service

First your customer service person name Poonam of Chennai office kept on calling me to join the premium service. I told her I will click return back guarantee service though it is expensive she forced me to join relax plan. I am enclosing all screenshots proof where I tell her I am ready to pay 2800 but she asking to join 2200 sceam . Then she aligned me a girl name shilpa her no is 9739009954 and from past 6 days I got zero service from her or anyone from housing. Com
And on that when I am trying to call their main office . It shows that the number doesn't exist. Such a big scam company is housing. Com. It takes money from innocent people to fill their stomach.

Housing.com has the best photos of the properties. But when contacted, no response on phone or a WhatsApp. Waste of time it is .

mr. pawan kumar ( 95829 74804) constant person from housing.com he had taken 7668/- for 90 days and none of the data is shown at housing.com portal and not responding my call as well as massage. they had done scam with us send me my amount back for buying the premium they us to talk very nice and was responding the each and every thing. hence, we paid the premium the call and reply get stop such a bad thing is doing the company. such a fraud company

I have a listing in their site and the site is in "Chennai". The customer service called me and straight away started with Hindi (to all my known Hindi and unknown Hindi friends, its not about Hindi).. she started with a language assuming a site listed in Chennai and the owner can speak that language without any second thought. So, I started replying in Tamil which obviously I assumed that she can understand Tamil as well as they have service for Chennai ;-). She responded again in Hindi, then me in Tamil, finally she gave up asked which language I am comfortable with, I said, I can speak Tamil and English.. then she started with English "fluently".. I asked her why did she start with Hindi for a Chennai listing. And the response surprised me - "She DISCONNECTED the call". All my fellow brothers and sisters all over India.. You understand why we are against "Hindi Imposition". Because we are already being treated like this, and we know what will happen if we fully allow these people here.

Wish to give zero rating if possible worst experience and worst staff Bishnu is Unprofessional Dono how to speak to client always gives false commitment and doesn't turn back after cheque collection and gives junk leads to client .

Totally fake please don't get involved.. they do big commitments once you pay you realise that all in vein ..mark the warning..don't waste your money

Housing.com is Really a fraud company where all staffs don't care about there clients. They just take money and get lost .

Please don't trust this platform, they are only interested in selling the services not to help customers. their support team is the worst I have seen. i bought their highest plan money back to get the 3BHK house, their RM are like we don't care about you..think twice before taking their services. Don't buy anything with them you will regret like me..

Don't use. It is waste of time.

Don't pay membership they are cheating people that they will help in getting property on rent but they will never answer your call once you pay membership go with local brokers.

Housing.com is of no use, it's not providing the service for owners and tenants, this is only for fraud brokers and someone who have lot of money to give the brokers. I don't recommend this website I am owner and I wants to help you, not to get fooled.

Total fraud I've asked for rental plan not even single property as per requirement.

I want to warn everyone about my experience with Housing.com. They claim to provide services that help you find property without involving brokers, but their promises fall far short. Despite their assurance, the assigned Relationship Manager does not proactively suggest suitable properties. Even after insisting, they provide only 3–4 options, which are often completely misaligned with your preferences.

Whenever you try to follow up, the manager gives vague responses like "I'm talking to the owners," leaving you waiting endlessly. They ultimately waste your time and money without delivering on their promises. Based on my experience, I believe their service is deceptive and untrustworthy.

Never ever pay for their membership. They called me 20 times to sell membership and once I purchased since then they are not even receiving calls or sending any leads.
Even the complain mail and messages were totally ignored.
