I took a premium subscription for renting out villa. I got more than 15 leads. I called them few fellows says that they are looking for property almost 30 km away from the advertised location. When I checked they all are housing.com dummy users and local brokers. I have the list and can share it public whenever needed. Don't take any subscription. Pathetic

The worst experience I had with housing.com. in the name service the took money that money back plan. N now when we are trying to call them since last week asking refund they are just fooling us around. this is hw u run business by fooling people with fake hopes. We opted for return back plan and now when guys could not sold the property still you are nt returning back the amount. Instead you just give round round answer. I have documented all and definitely i will go to consumer court to file case. I have name and number all the agency and RM who contacted us.

I want to warn others before they fall into the trap of Housing.com’s paid plans. Before purchasing, their team made several commitments, including:

✅ A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) from my location for proper assistance.
✅ A money-back guarantee if my property was sold by other means.
✅ A full refund if I was dissatisfied with their service. (Confirmed by their team member during the call before purchase.)

However, none of these promises were fulfilled.

🔴 No Proper RM Support – The RM assigned to me was barely responsive, and getting a reply was nearly impossible. I was left struggling on my own.

🔴 Zero Visibility on My Listing – Even after 11 days, my property listing had no views, no inquiries, and even my updated photos weren’t uploaded.

🔴 No Refund Despite Verbal Commitments – After providing proof that their team had confirmed, "If you are not happy with the service, you will get a full refund," they conveniently hid behind their policies and denied everything.

💸 I lost ₹10,000 due to their false promises—don’t let them take your hard-earned money too!

When individuals like me invest in such services, we expect reliability and results, not scripted responses and broken promises. But Housing.com prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction, trapping people with false commitments and refusing refunds when they fail to deliver.

🚨 Think twice before investing in their plans. If they couldn’t fulfill their promises to me, they won’t fulfill them for you either. Learn from my experience and avoid wasting your money!

After much pursuance from their salesperson, I bought a premium plan for my commercial property. At the time of selling the package, they hugely over-committed. Its been 3 weeks since the functions on their interface are not working. I cant even see the pictures of the property. Only 1 lead, which doesn't open. So no information about that 1 lead even. I have been writing emails, and calling customer service (Ref ID 2502947)but they have a std reply, "have raised the concern, will be resolved in 24 hrs, pl don't worry". When I ask for a refund, they say, its not their policy to refund money!! Its been frustrating apart from that feeling of losing money to fraud. Housing feels like a scam. Strongly recommended to check their feedback before connecting with them.

Please don't give money to housing. Com people...they took money but don't reply you or pick your phone call...

It's almost a week since activating my premium account, only received one listing where owner is not responding. Sales agent Confirmed that there are properties available in my area and Relationship manager is from the same pincode, both false statements. Avoid housing.com they are scammers

Fake numbers forwarded from all parts of india drivers daily wages contacts and random numbers and their office staff number be aware of giving ads and pay ads especially

I am extremely disappointed with the premium pack service from Housing.com. Despite paying for the premium package, I have not received a single property showing till the end of the month. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a waste of money.

Your platform promises premium service, but there has been zero follow-up, no leads, and no actual assistance. If this is how you treat paying customers, I see no reason to continue using your service or recommending it to others.

I demand immediate action on this matter, or I will be forced to escalate the issue and leave negative reviews on multiple platforms.

They misled and did misselling of their guarantee scheme of selling the property. Their agent confirmed me over call that if they fail to get the property sold and if sell the property via other sources then they would refund me the fees paid. However later on they denied. Never opt for their paid scheme, they only know to mis-sell

This company is completely fraudulent! They have fake listings and agents who pose as owners! You are given a phone number which is never picked up! Please stay away!!!

The leads that gets generated through this App is doctored to a certain extent and the rest are all crap..no quality leads gets generated through this Real Estate Portal..

They charged for premium service and did not assign any relationship manager to help me find the house. Neither they have good inventory. Some of fake inventories are from their employee. Once you click there, they will call back for premium service.

No customer care number or mail.

I had worst experience having business with the housing.com (scammers). Because prior purchasing the plan, they promised me to provide field assistance, relationship manager, and other benefits. However, after purchasing the plan, the sales representative "Fardeen" literally stopped receiving my calls, and I didn't even get any kind of assistance. And the assigned relationship manager is such a waste. She will just say I will update you the list of houses based on your requirement and will just disappear. It's really frustrating! I'm a working professional and how can I roam searching houses leaving my job. These people doesn't offer any services, they're just looking to make money by doing such kind of fraudulent activities. This is very unethical and they even have an audacity to reject the refund request! I'm really feeling helpless even after investing a lot of money in buying their useless plan! Please don't trust this platform if you don't want to lose your money, time, and mental sanity.

Housing.com is a fraud. Sales agent Ritik and his manager sold me an owner package assuring field assistance. Later denied it and asked me to raise a complaint to get refund. Not picking up the calls as well. Really bad experience even after opting for a premium service and paid premium amount.
Better trust your local property dealers only.

Absolutely disgusted with Housing.com. Their team is not just unprofessional, but outright fraudulent and incompetent. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First of all, their field team is a complete sham. They never even bothered to take a single client to the property I had listed with them. Despite repeated follow-ups, they offered nothing but excuses and inaction. I ended up selling the property myself without any help from their so-called "services."

When I asked for a refund for the utterly useless services they failed to deliver, they flat-out refused. Adding insult to injury, I later requested to list another property in the same area, hoping for better service, but they refused to do that as well without providing a valid reason.

The customer service team is the epitome of incompetence. Half the time, they don’t even seem to understand basic questions. Instead of giving straightforward answers, they bombard you with irrelevant and useless information that only adds to the frustration. It feels like you’re speaking to a wall because they clearly don’t care about resolving issues.

Housing.com is a disgrace to the real estate industry. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far, FAR away from this fraudulent platform. They are not just useless—they actively make your life more difficult. Save yourself the trouble and find a better, more trustworthy platform.
