Patrick was thorough, courteous, professional, and represented every aspect of what I feel a sleep expert should be. He was patient as me and my wife mulled over the choices presented to us and extremely informative as we asked questions regarding the best fit for our sleep style. As my wife and I both work from home, its important for us to get an awesome night's sleep and working with Patrick has made me feel like we made the best decision towards that purpose.

Got to say I love my Posh+Lavish mattress I got from you all. Have never had a complete latex mattress but Patrick convinced us with my back issue it would help and I can really tell a difference. The knowledge was and is much appreciated.

I’m finally getting around to the review after a couple months but maybe that’s best? My husband and I originally bought our mattress from Patrick in The Woodlands, but he’s since moved to their nice new central store in Rice Village (we stopped by living in the area). About our mattress, we purchased the Halcyon by Naturepedic because it is a fully organic luxury mattress and when I tell you it is luxury, it is NICE! We absolutely love it. My husband got his side firm and I got my side pillow soft! So comfy. Happy it is guaranteed for 20 years because we never want to leave it! I would absolutely recommend you go see Patrick in by Rice, but the woodlands store is very nice if you’re closer to that area. Thank you for the awesome overall experience!

Patrick went beyond the call, literally. We accidentally came to the store after hours and called to double check. Patrick answered the phone even being long gone and came back to open the store for us. We got our new Posh and Lavish latex bed and are completely satisfied. Finally natural!! We’ve been looking online at natural mattresses for awhile now and finally a place in town that sells them to try out in person. So excited! We have already ordered our Posh & Lavish mattress from Patrick and are now just anxiously awaiting :)
