Patrick was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Really appreciate the help we received trying to decide on just the right mattress!

Shopping experience was good and I bought latex mattress and new mattress cover. Mattress and pad arrived earlier than predicted, but mattress pad had stains and was in a box that looked like it had been run over. When I called about condition sales person was defensive and insisted they would not sell a used pad but bring it in and they had a less expensive one I could have until a replacement was available. Six weeks later and after several calls back asking about pad, I have no information about where pad is or when it will arrive. They have also not followed thru on my request to just refund the money so we can be done. The store is selling expensive mattresses so it is puzzling why they are not interested in dealing promptly and transparently with a high end defective product they sold and especially why the need to be defensive about customer wanting clean new replacement or don't just promptly refund the money.

I had a wonderful mattress buying experience at Houston Natural Mattress with Patrick. He was informative, thorough and gave me time to to explore my options and see what I felt was best for me. He also set up super speedy delivery which was greatly appreciated! I just received the mattress so I’ll post an update on the mattress after I have a chance to sleep on it. We went in with an idea of what kind of Mattress we were looking for, and Patrick took us straight to one! He did not obnoxiously push to make a sell, but instead was very patient and informative - answering all our questions and giving us time to discuss and try out everything. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and we left feeling confident and excited about our purchases! Overall - great quality mattresses with wide varieties, and wonderful customer service!

My husband and I just bought the king Mango mattress and we love it! We both agree that Patrick's customer service was stellar. We asked many questions and Patrick was patient and answered everything with the intention to inform us as much as possible. There was a hiccup when we went to pick up the mattress but Patrick offered solutions on the spot and he got everything straightened out for us that same day. We are incredibly happy with our new bed & our experience with Houston Natural Mattress.

It was great working with Patrick Phillips. He was extremely informative, spent all the time we needed to figure out exactly what we wanted, and was not pressuring us to buy at all. I don't usually do reviews, but this day warranted one. My husband and I were stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour missing our appointed time to try out beds with Patrick. When we finally arrived at the store Patrick was very understanding of our mood and did not push us to continue, but invited us to decide whether we wanted to try out beds or come back another day. We stayed. Patrick assessed what we were looking for and directed us to a couple of good options. He did not rush us or push us, but answered our questions. He was a good negotiator and we walked out of the store happy, purchasing a mattress that we wanted. I very much recommend you include Patrick and the Houston Natural Mattress store in your mattress shopping!

I came into Houston Natural Mattress on Kirby to research Latex mattresses for an RV project I am working on. Patrick was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I had some very specific needs atypical to a standard mattress purchase and he encouraged me to take apart the display mattresses and really understand how the mattress layers work. He was really there to help and not to pressure me into buying his products, which made me want to support his business even more as I appreciate honesty in a sales interaction. Not only was the customer service fantastic, but the mattresses were so comfortable and made from very high quality and natural materials. Although a traditional mattress is not the route I ended up choosing for my RV project, I would definitely purchase a mattress from this store in the future! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I went in to the Houston Natural Mattress on Kirby in Rice Village with some research, but not much beyond that in selecting a mattress.
The manager Patrick was very knowledgeable and friendly - he helped me make a decision on the mattress and size I'd need, and made sure I got the best deal I could. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking at a new bed - in fact, I'm already planning my next visit there for pillows.

We had a great experience with Patrick at Houston Natural Mattress. We were looking for a new mattress made with natural materials. Houston Natural Mattress has a number of quality, natural mattresses on their showroom floor that you can test out. I was a bit leery of shopping during the pandemic. We were able to call ahead, make an appointment, and receive individualized assistance in selecting a mattress. We also found natural pillows that we like better than our old pillows. First order with Houston Natural Mattress. When I ordered, they didn’t give me estimated delivery day. I emailed them almost a week later and they said delivery is within ten days. Also, no offer for free shipping especially given it’s within Houston area. Not a good first impression but I hope the product will speak for itself!

Update: I did get my issues resolved. Somehow, my mattress was returned to the manufacturer and I found out when I called the store. Thankfully, they had the mattress in stock at the store and I was able to pick it up. The shipping cost was going to be refunded but when I got to the store, the gentleman actually offered me a mattress cover that he said was about $100 instead of refunding the shipping cost.(I don’t know if it costs that much but the cover is great quality and I’ve used it since). I agreed to the deal and I have had the mattress for about a month now.I’m glad the gentleman gave me the offer that he did because it neutralized the previous headache I was having after purchase. I have no complaints !

I have not had a good nights rest for a very long time. We stopped by Houston Natural Mattress and spoke with Patrick Phillips and he was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress combination for my needs, soft coil on firm latex. It made a tremendous difference. I slept through the night and not even my CPAP got in the way. The pressure points were gone, my lower back and legs were supported all night.
