Amazing customer support and product. We were looking for natural mattress options and the team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!!! Had a great experience today in the store. Patrick was friendly, informative, professional, and put absolutely no pressure on me. I'm impressed that their mattresses only have a few ingredients in them. I had never thought about the fact that my shoulder pain may be attributed to my firm mattress I've been sleeping on for years. Patrick explained that going with somewhat less firm may actually relieve some of my pain.

Patrick made selecting the perfect mattress a cinch! He is super knowledgeable and knows just the right questions to ask to help you make the right decision. He had to juggle two customers at once and was very attentive to both of us. Mattress buying was never so quick and easy! I also love that these mattresses are made in the USA and with natural and or organic materials. Highly recommend!

A visit to the Houston Natural Mattress has been on our "To-do" list. We were customers of the previous organic mattress store in this location. (And even the Hardware Store it was ages ago). As today was Labor Day - known for celebrating gratitude for work, rest, bbq, laboring at home, and mattress deals! - my husband and I decided to stop and shop.

As other customer reviews have mentioned, Patrick is a terrific salesman. Patient, professional, completely knowledgeable about the several different lines in the store and all the options available. He has a system for guiding customers through the "trying out" process that helps the princess who can find any "pea" or problem with mattresses -- and the gentle giant who does not care as long as is just firm and soft enough.

The store is amazing: organized and laid out nicely. Patrick took his time and managed to answer the phone and help two other customers in the same time frame, with ease. No pressure, just information and answers. And in the end, we left with a new mattress for our bed, plus a pair of XL Twins for our kids now taller than their parents.

Plus three pillows. Is so hard to find truly comfortable pillows! I have tried everything from shredded foam to buckwheat, cotton and poly and down, the cheapest ones at box store, to expensive ones from boutique stores in town. These queen size Talalay pillows were not over the top, are a perfect size, and give me hope!

If you are looking for a green, clean, healthy mattress or pillow - do not wait for the next holiday, stop by any day of the year. We appreciate the 100 day sleep test guarantee, but am pretty sure that we will not need it. Looking forward to organic, peaceful sleep in our home.
