Patrick is the Regional Manager for the store and is super knowledgable and helpful, without being pushy. I needed to replace my old pillow, and had a million questions. He was patient with me, and helped guide me to what would be best suited for me as a side sleeper. I am SO glad that Houston Natural Mattress is in Houston, and can't recommend their products + services more! Go see them for all your non-toxic mattress + pillow needs!

I was honestly surprised at the quality of mattresses and the service we received. We haven’t received the mattress just yet because we purchased today. There is a little bit of a wait to get our hand made mattress but we feel like it will be well worth it if it matches the experience we’ve received thus far! Things I look for in customer service: knowledge, understanding, not pushy, guidance. Patrick blew it out of the water. It was almost like he knew what my wife and I needed more than we did. The store was nice and comfortable, the mattresses were LEGIT, and we walked out feeling confident that we made a great decision, not pushed into it like a car salesman. We went with the P+L with memory foam, medium firmness and we can’t wait to get it in. I am a real person who spent real money at this store and I would highly recommend it.

This has been one of the best experience of purchasing a mattress i have ever had. I love that I was not giving some cheesy pushy sales pitch. Which made me want to come back and purchase a mattress here. Roughly a month after my initial visit I came back to purchase and Patrick remembered me. Patrick is the Man, if you are in need of a new mattress go see him NOW! He is knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. I will be recommending everyone I know to him for a mattress.

My husband and I were in need of a new mattress, we could not seem to agree on one. I prefer memory foam, he likes hybrid. Can't wait to get my new mattress! It was hard to pick since there were several that were soooo comfortable. We have had a TempurPedic for the past 12 years and have loved it, but it is too soft now. It makes my back hurt literally every night. The latex mattress we picked was perfect for me and my husband. Patrick helped us out so much as well. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattress types and was not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
