Great experience. I was at this location twice trying to decide on a mattress and the staff is VERY knowledgable about their products and took their time explaining everything. They carry beautiful mattresses and the store is nicely set up. I highly recommend and will go back if I ever need another mattress.

This is the place to go for nontoxic mattresses! Dustin was such a huge help and made things very easy. The mattress we chose is supportive, yet super cozy and made with nontoxic glues and no VOC materials.

Max Wauson was very helpful in answering our questions so that we could select a mattress and box springs to fit our needs. His knowledge of the options and the differentiating qualities between the options was evident. He was courteous and gave us 100% of his attention. We had a good shopping experience.

I ask a lot of questions and Dustin patiently answered all of my questions providing me with all the detail I asked for. He worked to find the right mattress for me within my budget. It was stress-free and easy. Based on my experience I’ll buy my next mattress there.

Dustin was very helpful in explaining the differences in the beds and giving us recommendations. They have lots of different types of mattresses, all natural components which we definitely appreciate. Lots of comfortable options, we ended up going with the halcyon bed, when we laid on it we could imagine ourselves sleeping great. Can't wait for it to be delivered!!

Love Houston Natural Mattress! We had been looking online for mattresses for a while, and finally decided to come in. I’m so glad we did. We found a great mattress and at a more reasonable price than we thought. Would definitely recommend this store.

The Rice Village store is great. Provided lots of helpful information on the various selections without any sales pressure. We went to Houston Natural first, then to several other mattress stores to compare, and Houston Natural had the best product with very competitive prices.

Dustin is so knowledgeable! He really explained the differences of each mattress. We came in just to try with the intention of ordering one online, but he definitely sold us on a great mattress.

Sales reps are very knowledgeable and it never felt like they were out to convince me to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. I felt like I could take as much time as I needed to try different mattresses and have discussions for various functions and benefits of each. Had such a good experience with the first mattress I bought here that I came back and ordered my guest room mattress here as well!

The staff here patiently listened to our needs, explained what latex mattresses are all about, and walked us through all the options without being pushy. I’ve done my research, and the “house brand” mattresses seem to be a good deal for the price, especially during their periodic sales. I’m about to buy the “Natural” mattress and looking forward to it.

We have a home just outside of Houston and stopped by the store to purchase a guest bed. What was meant to be a 10 minute stop for a guest bed turned into Patrick taking on the role of our own designer and helping us fill our new build in California with all natural mattresses! After learning the differences between their products and what’s out there we decided it was best to start in our new home with clean bedrooms! We are very excited for our new beds. I am glad we stopped by!

I've always wondered if a company would REALLY let me return a mattress if it didn't fit my needs. They did! No question asked. I have chronic back pain and Patrick was very patient and helpful in finding me the perfect mattress. Good company.
