No response from customer service after the airbag was triggered

Hello,
My airbag was closed on 25/09/2023 (ci-joint with the support client file), and you were asked to respond to the questionnaire and ask for a complete release and your next part of the return process , is it normal?

How long do you have to wait until the time comes to get rid of it and how often you know what to do before the situation arises? If you continue to operate without the security system in place, you will be surprised to hear that the return process is part of the security of your use.

The hovding is high Qualität

The hovding is high Qualität, i‘m feeling very safe with it. After 4 weeks I had a Tone and immediatly there was an offer to help in the App. The Service was very fast and very friendly. Whitout and compromises I got. the help.
I have only one very little „Problem“. I orderd another hovding via App and couldn‘t find the invoice - Not in the Mails and Not in the App. The Chat wasn‘t helpful, i will call you for that question

Very good, with few issues

Product quality is as good as expected. Very nice!

Shipping with FedEx is fine, not the best option. Would be nice to have the customer choose between different shipping companies.

Unfortunately, I had to send an extra mail, asking for delivery after only part of the order has been shipped.

Improvement is possible when it comes to the app. I hate apps running in the background (on iOS background app refresh needs to be active, which is something I just don't want to do regarding battery lifetime). I know it's necessary for the emergency notifications send to my friends/family. But I do have this option already on iOS.

Syncing routes I have driven is often not working. Only 50% of my rides are tracked and shown inside the app.

Looking forward to see improvements in the future

Placing an online order

The handling of getting the extra free spare-cover was quite unconfortable. The translation into German was not very well done. It took me three attempts to place the order.

It feels safe and you don’t need a…

It feels safe and you don’t need a helmet. I have fallen once while biking in winter on slippery roads and it inflated just like it was supposed to. I guess the only downside is the price.

Great invention

Great invention. I genrally to not like to wear anything on my head, so moving the helmet to the neck is great.
Works fine, I used model 2 for about 5 years.
I only see one disadvantage: Why is there no way to lock the Hövding together with the bike itself. Some metal ring or similar way to tie it somehow would be helpful. Without it, I have to carry the Hövding with me wherever I go.

Great service from Hövding. I ordered a hövding 3 and recieved it the very next day. I purchased the first version hövding when it was released……it saved my life when I had a cycling accident. I am more than happy with my hövding 3, a great product and feels extra safe to cycle when wearing it.

Hövding is a functioning Airbag. Only much too expensive! The handling with sending a New Airbag with 100 € Reduction was easily. Please make this System cheaper, so that everybody can use it
