Great product, quick delivery and very helpful customer service online.

Battery issues after a few days. Still awaiting issue to be resolved and return slip to send the board back. They say they’re going to email the return slip but they don’t. Not to be trusted.

Great scooters because I bought 2 and thier much better than most other brands and is high quality.

Imagine the disappointment of my 11year old son on his birthday who is extatic about his new present and it does not work properly. After assembling the kart and putting it on the balance board it sits to flush and does not press the pressure pads to engage the motors. My son then continue to use the hummer hover board for 1 charge and is finding it difficult to engage the pressure pads also particularly on the right hand side. Being an electro mechanical engineer I have been able to resolve without physically adapting incase I return, but I am extremely unhappy with this £270 unt.

Absolutely shocking. Bought a hoverboard from this company for my son's 10th birthday, which was on the 10th of March. We charged the hoverboard and it just doesn't work. I emailed them and they took their time in responding. Got fed up waiting for them to respond, takes days so I phoned nearly 2 weeks ago. Explained it all again and they said they would send a replacement battery out for the hoverboard. Needless to say I emailed them last night as it has never arrived. They responded to the email this morning to tell me they had sent it ages ago. That was a lie because literally an hour ago I received an email off Hermes to tell me they had just received my parcel. Just emailed them back as actually I'm not happy to try and replace the battery in the hoverboard when it has never been used. A proper and decent company would send a new one. I've even offered to drive to Manchester with the hoverboard and all it's packaging. Something tells me they won't want me to do this and they have no intentions of replacing their faulty good. Absolute joke. Next step trade and standards. Stay away from ordering anything of this company.

Very easy purchase but after a week we had a issue with hoverboard. Was told that enginner will look into it and they will come back to me shortly. I haven’t heard from them it’s been 6 weeks now and this company stop replying for my messages.

Avoid! Wrong colour handles, they claim to not even do purple handles! Soiled seat, doesn't clean when wiped and no promotional masks sent either. No help at all when emailed, Complete denial. Avoid! Plenty of alternate more professional companies out there to deal with instead

Product arrived as ordered. Unfortunately the straps have already snapped after 3 days.

Bought for my little girls Christmas. She loves it. Unfortunately the plastic panel which hides the electronics fell off and we weren't able to find it. Emailed customer services and replacement parts delivered within 3 days. Great communication and customer service.

The hoverboard is great and our granddaughter loves it. However, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the kart came without the adhesive pressure pads, which meant that once attached, the hoverboard would not work and kept cutting out. We have had to make our own pressure pads to secure the cart and ensure that it works properly. For the price we would expect that all accessories would have arrived.

Great product. Disappointed it didn’t come with any instructions though. We figured it all out in the end.

The hoverboard is really good and has a very good battery life. It’s very durable aswell so it doesn’t break easy

Bought a hoverkart from this company which works great! I had a slight issue with the lights not working but was all sorted in no time many thanks guys!

I would give zero stars if I could. I received the hoverboard kart and it was damaged and all scratched. I was told I receive part refund if I kept it which I never received as it I a damaged item the company is responsible for payment to return the item which they ignored and wouldn't pay for.The collauge has no customer skills or politeness about him. He is very rude arrogant and very bad temper. I would not reccomend anyone to deal with this company. It was damaged before it was packed and the packaging was terrible and yet they blame the courier when it clearly wasn't anything to do with them it WAS HOVERBOARD PRO they are a joke and scam you then won't pay up the refund they say they will give. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SELLER
