What a wonderful experience I’ve just had again, and again etc., with Howard’s Dorchester. I’ve just picked up my sublime Hyundai Ionic 5 N Line.
Everything and I mean everything has been beautifully explained and explained again very patiently as well as captured video for my review as needed by their very patient and empathic Sales Executive Elliot Rosstier. He has been with me holding my hand through the whole process of choosing and explaining the car to me since this is my first Electric vehicle.
Thank you Howard’s, Hyundai and Elliot for making my otherwise uneventful existence very eventful as I drive silently down the road looking at the very envious looks of other drivers and pedestrians alike.

Excellent service and no hard sell. The sales person Sam Monroe was very pleasant, calm, helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. This helped me make an informed decision about purchase. The personalised video was a nice touch and something I will refer to in the future. We called into Howards Hyundai WSM, to look at their selection of Tucson's. We got chatting to Sam who seemed a good genuine guy and not giving us any hard sell tactics we eventually decided to purchase the vehicle we liked.
We arranged to collect the car the following week.
To sum up,we had a first class service from Howards and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, in the future.

Happy owner of a new Nissan X-Trail bought from Harvey at Howards. Saw an offer online and popped into the Dealership on a Sunday. Harvey was able to find us the right model in my preferred colour at the online offered price and we sorted my trade-in and the purchase within an hour. It arrived at Howards on the Friday and I picked it up the following Thursday. Harvey kept me informed throughout the process and couldn't have been more helpful in all our meetings and the handover. I had my previous X-Trail serviced at Howards for the past 7 years so I knew how good their service is, but this was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

Sam welcomed us on the forecourt, enquired if he could help and showed us the various models, very helpful and unhurried with no pressure whatsoever. He then asked us inside to show us the various specs available, to find out which car suited us the best for our needs. We were offered a test drive and after, we discussed finance options with Damon involved. He was excellent at explaining the various options, again with no pressure to purchase.
We came away thinking ‘if only all car dealerships were this good’. After a good night’s sleep, we returned to purchase our new car and would recommend anyone to go to Howard’s at Weston-super-Mare.

Really great service from Steve and Damon at Howards Hyundai in Weston-Super Mare last week. Visiting on the Monday I explained I needed a new family car for my wife that week. Between them they talked me through the options, arranged for me to test drive a vehicle and put together a deal that afternoon including my part- exchange. As it was late in the day Steve called me (on his day off) the next day to talk through the paperwork and ensure all my questions were answered. I was able to pick the car up on the Friday and Steve spent time with my wife to ensure she was completely comfortable with all the features of the car.
A faultless customer experience from start to finish.
